Very Poor Experience
Pros:

The location is quite convenient and the bathroom was clean.

Cons:

There were termites build ups in corners of the room. The rooms are old but not maintained properly at all. In parts of the rooms they didn't even paint properly giving it a shabby look. The left corner after coming out of the lift on the first floor was disgusting. There was literally a corner full of spit and beetal nut spit stains. And about the toiletries that were available in the bathroom, those seemed expired because the minute I used it, my hands smelled extremely disgusting.

Room size was good.

Cons:

Staff behaviour. Rude and less keen to help and make us comfortable.
Had booked two rooms. Both it's fan regulator was faulty. Requested for help. They said to adjust for now as person will come for repair next day.
Food of evening and night kept outside the rooms were taken next day noon, causing smell outside and got also spilled on to the floor.
Bathroom had stinking smell.

Pros:

It was a filthy place, rooms were dirty, staff was miserable. We paid the whole amount for all the 8 rooms for just 15minutes. The hotel was so bad that we couldn't even stay there longer. Not at all recommended for family. Very bad experience.

It is ok considering the location
Pros:

I think for the town, this should be ok for a stay. I liked the location as it was close to the event we had to attend.

Cons:

The bathroom was not my preferrence. Warm water was not working.
