Location
Rooms are very small
Prices high
Price vs value
Location, cleanliness and environment
I paid Rs 4,000/- not worth.
Bed spreads are dirty and old.
Morning coffee was cold in a paper cup.
Didn't even wanted to try the breakfast.
Nothing likable
Attitude of the Manager is very bad. Room is very small, other than cot one small table that can help to keep their intercom. Bath room is bad clogged water and bad non working flush! And their reception is unkempt. Served chill breakfast in a plastic tray. Not worth the payment they charge
Nothing
1) The Owner was rude
2) The Rooms shown in pics vs Actual are different and the rooms were too small ( room 201)
3) The staff did not know about the nearby main tourist places
4) There was no towel provided earlier and later provided after lots of argument
5) The hotel does not have food facility and every time they say to it's guest to eat outside.
6) Lously place and worth being hotel
Absolutely nothing
Here’s a harsher and more abusive
If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is a scam and a disgrace to hospitality. I paid ₹3000 for what I thought was a “3-star” property, but this dump barely qualifies as a dhaba with beds. It was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.
1. A Receptionist with an Attitude Problem
We arrived drenched from the rain and asked for some help with our luggage. Instead of helping, the receptionist, who clearly hates his job, demanded payment first and had the audacity to rush me to enter the PIN because he didn’t want to “tire himself out” by reinitiating the transaction. Reinitiating a payment takes less than a minute, but apparently, that was too much for him. After I paid, only one guy bothered to carry two bags, leaving the rest for us to manage. What a joke!
2. No Facilities, No Help, No Care
I asked for a simple hairdryer to dry my shoes, and the staff didn’t even think before saying no. As for parking, they flat-out lied. They claimed parking was reserved for other guests, but in the morning, there was only one damn car parked.
3. Rooms That Make You Regret Life
The room was a matchbox-sized dump. No space for luggage, a broken toilet flush, no bathroom exhaust, and a bed so tiny it felt like sleeping in a coffin. I paid ₹3000 for this garbage? Absolutely unacceptable.
4. Breakfast? More Like Poison
The “complimentary breakfast” was an insult to food. The tea was just hot sugar water, and the rest—a couple of stale idlis, one oily vada, tasteless khichdi, and six sad chickpeas fried with onions—was revolting. To make it worse, they cook all this trash in a cooker right in the reception area. That’s right, in the reception. Filthy and unhygienic doesn’t even begin to describe it.
5. Basic Napkins? Nope.
While leaving, I asked for napkins. Guess what? They don’t have napkins in this so-called “Royal Elite” hotel. What kind of joke is this? How do you run a hotel without napkins?
Nothing
Everything
They said breakfast is complimentary and gave very little amount of breakfast... that even a small child cant fill his /her stomach
Ground staff helping with suitcase, and reception were good. Breakfast not great , just too simple but doable and alright
The pictures shown on booking.com don’t match the reality anywhere. I had booked suite ( so called suite) but i got another standard room and when i insisted to get the room that i booked, they shifted me to another room. However it was not in a good condition, could see rust on taps, towels were hard and torn, the flush tank continuously ran with water. I booked this room relying on pictures but it was not even 20% of pictures shown. If they cannot even meet basic standards of maintaining the bathroom, providing proper towels then what else can you expect and imagine ????[ see towel in the picture]
breakfast whatever they served is not at all good and tiny portion
Simple breakfast but good
Nice staff
Very clean Rooms
Helpful Staff
Excellent stay with family
Manager was very helpful
VERY peaceful Place
