Not sure why they block entire entrance for a meeting , very inconvenient for guest requiring timely logistics to station / airports

Nice high level hotel immediately at Fuzhou Westlake

The staff did everything possible to help us enjoy our stay and they had a big language barrier but were able to help us so much
We stayed at the Lakeside Hotel for two nights on a Heritage tour with our daughter, who is adopted from Fujian. My husband and I both have celiac disease and the hotel staff could not have been kinder or more helpful with accommodating our food allergy. To make things even more difficult, we are vegetarian. The kitchen took extra precautions to make food for us at breakfast. The buffet was plentiful with multiple options for us. Mr. Nick Chen was so helpful and kind.
The location is beautiful, right beside West Lake Park. The beds were so comfortable and the hotel quiet at night for restful sleep after a day of sightseeing.
Cannot recommend enough for your next stay in Fouzhou.
