Clean Comfortable Hotel with Excellent Customer Service, Nice Breakfast, Easy In/Out for Travelers.
Pros:

We arrived tired after a long drive in the rain, so we especially appreciated the courtesy of the lovely woman at the front desk on Wednesday, April 2nd. She kindly helped us to resolve an error in our booking (our fault). She also recommended a nearby restaurant (that met our dietary needs) and suggested we purchase the hotel breakfast. In a few short minutes, she had fully met our needs! The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant, Gomidam, was only a 5-minute walk away and was fabulous. We enjoyed pork belly grilled at our table AND the hotel had given us a coupon for 10% off our meal! PS There are several restaurants nearby. Finally, we truly enjoyed the hotel breakfast, a small Korean buffet which was tasty, nourishing and well-presented (Hi Nicole!). Thank you, Citi Hotel Hyeoksin in Wonju Innovation City, :)

2번의 출장시 방문 : 복불복이었음
Pros:

지난번에는 괜찮았는데, 이번에는 별로였네요.
복도와 엘리베이터에 페인트 냄새가 심하게 났는데, 별도의 안내도 없었습니다. 제 방은 룸서비스하시는 분들의 반대편이라서 조금 번잡스러운 것도 있었어요. 충전기 배터리 대여 서비스는 좋은 것 같습니다.

저녁 늦게 체크인해서 그냥 씻고 자느라 자세히는 잘 모르겠어요 비즈니스 호텔 여러지역 여러군데 다녀 봤지만 이급에선 서비스가 거의다 평균이상이였어요
