スタッフの皆さんがとても丁寧な対応をしてくれます。また、チェックアウトの日が雨予報だったのですが、パークの中に雨具関係が販売しているか問い合わせをしたところ、ホテルの傘を無料で貸してくださいました。｢荷物をカウンターで預かる。荷物を引き取りに来た際に返却してくれればよい｣との事でした。予想していた以上の降雨でしたが、その傘のお陰で焦ることなくパークを楽しめました。ありがとうございました

Cons:

枕が“低くて硬い”もしくは“分厚いが柔らかい”の二択だったので、真ん中があると個人的にはありがたいです。

Very Good！
Pros:

お部屋が土足禁止だったので、赤ちゃんのスペースが充実していて過ごしやすかったです。
各階にウォーターサーバーなどの設備があり，移動が楽に，利用することができました。

Cons:

特にはないですが，冷蔵庫内の冷凍できるスペースがあると，アイスとか買った時など，慌てることなく，食べれるなと思った。
お土産で買った冷凍品などの，冷却スペースとしても利用できると思った。
