乾淨整潔，安靜的海景房，雖然3人房空間稍小，但是很幸運訂到2晚約TWD5400(不含餐)的價格，算是物超所值。
Pros:

1. 寫信詢問問題，都會很快地回覆。
2. 環球城站很近，下車走不到200m可抵達。
3. 請飯店安排不要面對火車鐵道的房間，被安排住在8樓，房間可以看到海景，但是也會看到一整排的處理槽。
4. 一大早從飯店正門過馬路後，跟著一大群人直走，再過個馬路轉上樓梯走一會就到排隊處。
5. 飯店樓下有便利店，但是很小間，東西選擇較少。
6. 有提供飲水機跟冰塊，但是從我們827房走去有一長條路。

Cons:

1. 入住時的接待人員，臉上不耐也不想說明，有甚麼設施，從哪上電梯也懶得講。
2. 住2晚 (星期一 二)，都遇到一堆人要搶烘乾機，洗衣機與烘乾機是分開的，一位歐美婦人佔2台機器直接烘90分鐘，我等到半夜00:30才能烘乾衣服。
3. 3人房是直接由2人房的沙發展成加1床，房間僅有一個小圓桌，沒有椅子。
4. 走道小，展開2個27吋與26吋的行李箱，空間很勉強。

Pros:

清潔感があり、部屋も狭くはなく、アメニティなども不自由することなく、快適に過ごせました。
ベット4台でしたが、簡易ベットではなく、すべてちゃんとしたベットだったので、とてもよく眠れました！！

Cons:

朝食バイキングも良かったのですが。。。
アレルギー表示や資料は一切なく、自己責任で食べてください的に言われてしまい、事前にコメントしたときは、その場で聞いて下さい、と返信があり、資料がないことは記載されてなかったので、行けばわかるのかなと思ってしまい。
息子は怖がって米とプリンだけしか食べられず。。。ユニバに遊びに行く朝が、なんかさみしい気持ちになってしまい、とっても残念ならなかったです。

Pros:

1. 雖然要過個馬路到飯店, 但是這段距離可以接受 (只是下雨天很麻煩)
2. 樓下有小間的lawson , 想買甚麼都很方便
3. 飯店空間比較大些, 雖然椅子高度怪怪的不合用, 但是用電腦還是算尚可
4. 分離式廁所不錯

Cons:

1. 分離式的馬桶那一間, 排味排煙效果很差, 味道會持續著
2. 洗衣機有五台, 但是洗衣的價錢漲價, 300日幣->500日幣, 而且額外要花錢買洗衣精(200日幣兩小包), 烘衣機30分鐘200日幣其實不會很乾, 一定要多花錢
3. 隔音效果普通,, 門外就可以聽得到門內的電視聲音

飯店明亮舒適、到環球影城近，非常開心

只有價格和地理位置讓人滿意，服務則是相當差勁！

服務態度相當冷漠，不管辦理住房還是退房，住房時櫃檯面部表情完全沒有笑容，還一直問為什麼一家人要分兩間房間，我們說明原因，她依然不滿意，再問一次，然後所有入住個人資料要我手寫，終於拿到房卡，用面無表情的臉說「Any questions?」讓我感受相當不適！
退房時，我們到大廳時沒有客人在辦理退房，對於非日籍的亞洲人以不服務為原則，直接引導到自助退房機器，後面緊跟著的日本人則是熱情友善充滿笑容的親自辦理退房！只有價格和地理位置讓人滿意，服務則是相當差勁！
