Convenient location with a helpful staff.
Pros:

The location was convenient — easy access to a subway and a big underground shopping mall. The staff was very kind to ship a left item to another hotel for us and let us stow our bags when we arrived early. The rooms were clean and the combo washer/dryer worked well (although drying is always slow in those combination machines - 4 hr total cycle).

Cons:

The room is tight but that’s typical for Japanese hotels and the square footage was clear on booking.com.

Pros:

The staff were very nice, our room was cleaned and supplies replenished everyday, the hotel was very nice and modern.

Cons:

It’s a bit of a walk from Osaka-Umeda Station, about 10+ mins depending on how fast you walk. Walking back to the hotel with tired kids was a bit of a challenge but otherwise it was a great hotel.

Gute Lage in der Nähe zum Central Station …. eigentlich ein sehr gutes Frühstück - mit richtigem Brot

Cons:

Wie fast immer: ein sehr kleines Zimmer, in schlechter Lage (die letzte Lage) und einem Bad wie in einem Camping-Bus

Good location but it has the bad smell in the toilet as soon as we walk in the room has talk to staff that service room

Cons:

The hotel has the sewage smell in toilet and all over the hotel doesn’t smell clean but I’m sure it clean , hotel staff really good give us fresh towels and top up amenities daily
