Good location, easy to find basic food.
Pros:

The location is great for major train stations. Multiple food areas close by. Easy access to convenient store and pharmacy (on floor 1).

Cons:

Train networks are at minimum 10 minute walks. Food areas close early (9-10). If staying on top floors, elevators can take a long time to reach the bottom floor.

大変快適でコスパ高い
Pros:

この度はお世話になりました。部屋も清潔で広く快適でした。朝食もメニューが豊富で食べ応え十分でした。何より風呂は有難かったです。ハウスキーパーは合うたびに気持ちのいい挨拶をしてくれました。又来る機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

Cons:

下調べが不十分でしたが梅田の地下街は複雑でホテルまでの経路が分かりにくかったです。グループのホテルもあり、地下街の地図表示にホテル名が探せず時間がかかりました。あと、贅沢を言わせて貰えば、お風呂の温度が温いのが残念でした。

房間內環境灰塵及塵蟎很多（有潔癖者無法接受），住一晚就尋麻疹發作，廁所浴室有異味。

Pros:

Spacious Rooms and very clean. Housekeeping is top-notch. Every time we come back from our day trip, our room was tidied up. Overall, our group of 8 really enjoyed our stay here.

Cons:

The slippers are dark and carpet are dark. Can't find slippers when lights are off.

Pros:

地點超讚，JR大阪站一直往中央南口一直直走，接地下街到底，整體約10分鐘，上樓到地面馬上看到飯店在右邊。
飯店內有澡堂，大讚！每天走20000步，腿可以完全伸直泡澡，疲勞都消失，隔天再繼續戰鬥🤣。
一樓有24小時藥妝店和LAWSON太讚了。

A gem hidden in plain sight
Pros:

Almost everything! Well run hotel. Upmarket hotel at a reasonable price conveniently located next to or near major railway connections, taxi's nearby the front door. Queen room was a good size and comfortable. Access to your own home channels for YouTube, Netflix etc. Lawson's on the ground floor with foreign exchange available.

Cons:

Lifts were a bit slow, possibly because it was quite fully booked. I'd certainly stay there again.
