アメニティは最小限でエコ。
フロントにコーヒーとジュースのセルフサービスが嬉しい。
近くにファミリーマートとセブンイレブンがあります。ホテル目の前の自動販売機に100円お水が売ってます。飲食店は無いです。

チェックインしてから、レゴランドとの提携ホテルということを知りました。3歳の息子がロビーに飾ってあるレゴブロックの乗り物などに大興奮でした。絵本も１冊借りることができとてもありがたかったです。
朝食のバイキングの内容も、あまりたくさんは食べられませんでしたが、名古屋ならではの料理もたくさんあり、楽しく、美味しくいただくことごできました。
部屋も綺麗で、ゆったり過ごすことができました。

駅から近く、信号などもないのでほぼ直線で快適に新幹線口に着きました。新幹線利用者にはお勧めだと思います。
コンビニが近くにあるので、買い物も便利でした。
しっかりした食事をしたいときは駅界隈を利用すればいいと思います。お部屋は清潔で必要なものは最低限揃っているので、快適に過ごすことができました。

宿泊者用にウェルカムドリンク（様々な種類から選べる、野菜ジュースなどもある）があり、ありがたかった。
出張などで泊るビジネスマンが多いのか、落ち着いた雰囲気があり、夜に隣の宿泊者の声が聞こえるということはなかった。
新大阪駅から徒歩5分ぐらいで、コンビニもすぐ近くにあり立地は最高です。夜ご飯を外で食べたい場合は、新大阪駅の中にあるお店がいいのかなと思います（色々と選択肢がある）。
スタッフの方もとても親切な対応をしてくださいました。チェックアウト後の荷物の保管も快く対応して下さり、感謝しています。

新大阪駅からまあまあ近く、宿泊前後の手荷物預かりも可能と観光など使用するにはかなり便利だと感じました。フロントの対応も丁寧でよかったです。
ダブルベッドの部屋を2人で利用しましたが室内は狭くやや不便でした。ベッドもギシギシして寝心地はあまりよくありませんでした。

急遽宅配便を送ることになって、ガムテープを貸してくれたりなどスタッフの方も親切だった。

チェックインだけ済ませておけば、深夜でも出入り自由でありがたく、夜は入口も施錠されてて安心。(ルームキーで入口も開く)
清潔感があり、設備も古くなくて嬉しい。

しいて言うなら、ルームウェア(パジャマ)は
黄緑と白のしましまなので、素材や柄が気になる人はいるかも！
