トータル良かったです
Pros:

駅に近くて金額も…何かの割引(よく理解してなかったが『holiday』と書かれていた)がされていて安くなってた！

Cons:

方向音痴なので場所がよく分からず夜だったので周辺の建物もよく見えず迷った
ホテルの住所のところに地図がついてると良かった
それか、新大阪駅からの行き方(どこの出口とか)が書いてあるといいなと思った

部屋にある電気ケトルの外側に汚れがあった
多分前に誰かが宿泊した際にコーヒーか何かが飛び散ったのではないかと思われる
それが残念だった

マイナス点よりプラスの方がかなり勝ってるので、是非次回も利用させて頂こうと思います。
Pros:

スタッフがどなたも気持ちいい対応だった。

Cons:

しょうがないの前提だが、便器が小さいので、座るとチンコが便器に当たって冷たい。

スタッフの方の対応がキビキビしていました
無料のコーヒーが美味しかった

Cons:

大きな荷物を持って行かざるを得なかったのですが、途中歩道橋でどうしても階段を使わねばならぬ所があり、注意が必要です（ホテルに関する直接のコメントではありませんが）

価格的に致し方ないと贅沢は言えないので、価格とのバランスは満足です。
Pros:

駅から近い。コンビニも近くて良かった。
朝食、いただかなかったですが、800円はリーズナブルでありがたいです。

Cons:

レースのカーテンなどを付けて外の光を取り入れたかったです。遮光カーテンのみで開けてしまうと近隣のビルから見えるのではないか？の不安から晴れた朝でも遮光カーテン閉めたままでしか過ごせなかったのは残念。
また、タオルが独特の臭いがして嫌でした。
