Categories

Cleanliness
8
Generally reported as clean and well-maintained; a few isolated issues (e.g., a pillowcase with mold reported once) kept this at a solid but not perfect score.
Service
8.5
Staff repeatedly described as polite, helpful and attentive (assisting with luggage, offering drinks, lending towels), forming a clear strength of the property.
Location
8.3
Very close to Shin-Osaka station and convenient for transit; minor inconveniences noted (a pedestrian overpass climb, luggage handling concerns) slightly lower the score.
Room Quality
7.2
Rooms are clean but small; some guests noted firm/smaller beds, missing pajamas in one case, and occasional ventilation or temperature issues—overall slightly below average.
Amenities
8.5
Free drink service/welcome drinks, irons, coffee and smoking area praised. Some limits to drink-service hours were mentioned but amenities are viewed positively overall.
Value for Money
8.5
Multiple comments cite good cost-performance and reasonable pricing for the location and level of service, making value a clear positive.
Food and Beverage
6.9
Breakfast offerings received the most criticism (limited selection, described as meager by some), producing the weakest score among categories.
Overall Experience
8.1
Guests were largely satisfied due to helpful staff, cleanliness and convenience; occasional noise (motorbikes) and small room issues tempered perfect scores.
