Excellent value for money and very quiet!
Pros:

The location was great for what we booked it for - we had just spent over 24hrs travelling to get to Japan and wanted somewhere quiet to rest and get our bearings. We only stayed three nights but it was an ideal location to enjoy the Tsukiji Market (walking distance), we got to Asakusa and the Sky Tree via the subway - all very easy. The stay itself was good too - comfy bed and very very quiet. We didn't hear any road noise or noise from other guests. Great value for money, really pleased with this stay.

Cons:

It wasn't a big issue for us, just a surprise, but the room was incredibly small. We realise a lot of rooms in Japan are on the small side, but we've currently stayed at four hotels so far on our trip and this one was by far the smallest. Again, not an issue at all for us but could be for others if you need room to spread out a bit. The bed was still a good size and comfy!

Quiet place close to Ginza!
Pros:

The room was clean like most of Japanese hotels, it was a bit small but compact. The hotel provides all amenities, including the best razor blades I've ever found in a hotel.
In front of the hotel there's an amazing local ramen restaurant, don't miss it if you go there!
The area was quiet and well connected enough to the rest of the city. Perhaps a bit of walk to the nearest metro station but still not a big deal.

アパホテル最高
Pros:

急遽予約しましたが、リーズナブルでありがたかったです。清潔で快適、スタッフの方も親切なので安心感があります。ホテルのすぐそばに吉野家があり便利でした。

Cons:

コインランドリーがなかったのが残念でした。徒歩5分雨の中探して見つけましたが、当たり前にあると思っていたので誤算でした。

Ein schönes APA Hotel in Tokio. Klein aber fein und verhältnismäßig viel Platz in den Zimmern. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Cons:

Feueralarm morgens um 6.00 Uhr aufgrund einer defekten Tür.
