There is no lift, so if that is important to you, then ask for a low floor room. My room (Suite on the top floor) was really lovely, nice size bath/shower and two bedrooms. The best thing about this room is you get a private terrace with beautiful sea view, sunbeds and table. Check in lady stoke good English. Breakfast had just about enough choice - presumably better when the hotel is more full. Plenty of restaurants nearby. If you are a tea drinker, bring your own tea bags and ask for hot water at breakfast as the only hot drink on offer is coffee (which seems to be the case all over Albania). Bizzarrely, no desk staff 8:30 - 9am on my day of departure and the cook did not speak English so I had to drop my key and leave

Vi fik et værelse med stikdåser ud af væggen og aircondition der ikke virkede og lavede voldsom larm. Blev først rykket på nyt værelse sent om aftenen, hvor vi ellers havde fået at vide at det ikke var muligt. Det virkede som et hotel der var konkursramt, og personale der ikke var så imødekommende. Levede bestemt ikke op til de viste billeder. Morgenmaden var trist, og der kunne næsten ikke købes andet i baren, og ej hellere restaurant, som der ellers stod der ville være.
Het zwembad is prachtig, dat is het grootste pluspunt. Jammer dat de bar geen eten of snacks serveert, maar dichtbij het hotel zijn voldoende alternatieven. Het centrum van Saranda ligt op 2,5 km. Als het 30+ graden is zoals wij hadden loop je dat liever niet. Wij huurden een auto (gratis parkeren bij het hotel) en hebben Butrint (Unesco) en The Blue Eye bezocht. Ook konden we daardoor naar de mooie witte zandstranden van Ksamil rijden, heerlijk zwemmen in de zee. Je moet goed ter been zijn als je dit hotel boekt, je komt er namelijk door een steile weg omhoog te lopen. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De airco moet je niet teveel van verwachten. Na een hele nacht op 19 graden te hebben staan draaien, was het 's ochtends op het balkon (al 26 graden) korler dan binnen. Het ontbijt wordt bij lage bezetting gebracht op een dienblad. Niet altijd een buffet dus, wel veelzijdig met groente/fruit erbij dus wel erg lekker. De koelkast miste op de kamer, maar na het melden hiervan werd dit de volgende ochtend gelijk geregeld. Leuke dagen gehad!
