Im Eingangsbereich beim Check-in steht leider kein Schild darüber, dass man nach oben fahren muss, um ein kostenloses Parkticket zu bekommen . Das angerufene Personal hat leider nicht helfen können, auch nicht nach 4 Telefonaten. Ansonsten war alles bestens! Wir haben auf dem Parkplatz eine Parkuhr gefüttert und konnten somit recht günstig und bequem parken. Frühstück war ok! Heißgetränke konnte man sich immer holen und waren lecker!

The electronic reception touch screen was extremely frustrating as it didn’t work properly. Several people tried to tap to select different boxes but didn’t work. There was no option to select English or another language. I couldn’ do this on line via my phone as my phone service had stopped as Switzerland was not included. We couldn’t find the parking at their other site so. Contacted reception who kindly allowed us to park the motorcycles in the front section outside the front door and one bike inside. I reported the faulty screen. We had booked 3 single beds one of which was a sofa bed which was fine but there were no sheets or bedding left in the room so I had to contact the reception when we returned late that night, and they told me to go to a service room beside room 9 and get a duvet and pillow. But couldn’t find a duvet cover. Safe to say, we won’t be back and will avoid all hotels that have only an on line check in. Booking.com should also include this as an option in their filter when choosing facilities

Pas de contact avec le personnel il faut faire tout soi-même comme la machine à café la vider et faire un nettoyage bon alors pas de café.

لم يتم توضيح ان الموقع في التطبيق هو موقع موقف السيارة ولاداعي للقلق اوقفها والفندق سوف يتكفل بدفع المقابل المالي للموقف، ولابد من ارسال موقع آخر لمدخل الفندق وإشعار العميل بالسير على الأقدام للوصول للمدخل، كذلك اشعار العميل بموقع الدخول الذاتي وأنه يتوجب عليه ادخال بياناته بنفسه، على الاقل يتم اشعار العميل بواسطة الايميل ولا مانع من وضع صور او خريطة توضح كافة ماذكر أعلاه

The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. We were not asked to submit our documents in advance, so we had to enter all our personal information at the self-service terminal upon arrival while standing there with our luggage and children. We also had to pay for a baby cot before we could check in, but the payment could only be made online rather than through the card terminal. Since online payments were blocked on our main card, we had to use a different one, which caused unnecessary stress. It would have been much more convenient if all the documents and payments had been handled before arrival.

To make matters worse, when we finally entered the room, the baby cot we had paid for was not there. We also spent quite some time trying to connect to the Wi-Fi. The login details were not displayed anywhere in the lobby, and the ones provided in the room were incorrect. We even asked two other guests for help before discovering that the correct credentials were supposed to appear on the TV when entering the room, but in our case it simply switched to a regular TV channel instead.

The shower drained poorly, and the toilet paper had been left on the floor because there was none on the holder, making it obvious that housekeeping had not done a thorough job. The hotel is fully automated with no reception desk, and during our stay we only saw two staff members serving breakfast, who were also having their own breakfast at the same time and were not particularly welcoming. We had to contact customer support about all of these issues. They refunded the baby cot charge, but despite the inconvenience we experienced, no further compensation was offered.
