Umständlicher Check-in bei 2 Zimmern in einer Buchung

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft für unsere Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg nach Italien.

Cons:

Check-in ohne Personal. Umständlich, da wir 2 Zimmer in einer Buchung hatten und man dann nicht selbstständig am Terminal einchecken kann. Man muss eine Telefonnummer anrufen und dann mit telefonischer Unterstützung für jedes Zimmer einzeln einchecken.

Pros:

Comfy bed and pillows, electronic shades at windows and blackout curtains. Nice view from the window. Really nice drinks machine available 24/7. Lovely breakfast selection in the morning. Easy check in and out.

Posizione e pulizia top. Camera bella e con molte finestre.

Cons:

Il sistema di check-in elettronico, preferisco gli hotel con regolare reception. Non essendoci personale nell’hotel risulta tutto un po’ freddo e poco orientato alla clientela.

Pros:

Keine Frottee wäsche und Tela Papier bei Ankunft, Rollade defekt und in der Kaffeemaschiene seit gestern Abend Milchtank leer. Keine Mail erhalten zum Check-out. Sollte ich geschäftlich noch einmal kommen müssen, dann nur wegen Gruppenzwag.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es hatte an nichts gefehlt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Parkieren, sehr gute Lage. Das Frühstück einfach grandios, grosse Auswahl am Sortiment, mit liebe zubereitet, es hat an nichts gefehlt, kompliment.
