Cons:

Wir hatten eine Buchungsnr., für die Tür braucht es aber eine Reservierungsnr. die war nirgendwo in meiner Buchung zu finden.
Wir sollten bei der Buchung informiert werden wo der Pp. zur Verfügung steht, nicht erst wenn man einchecken möchte.

Unser Zimmer wurde storniert ohne es uns mitzuteilen
Cons:

Wie soll ich bewerten, wenn man erst beim Check-in am Abend erfährt, dass das Zimmer auf Grund Überbuchung storniert wurde, obwohl wir die Buchung ohne Stornomöglichkeit einen Monat vorher gebucht und bezahlt haben.

Erst als ich die Hotline anrief wurde mir gesagt, dass unser Zimmer storniert wurde. Uns wurde jedoch dann ein anderes Zimmer im b_smart in Buchs angeboten. Was wir jedoch ablehnten, der Frust war zu gross.

Wir waren schon zweimal vorher im b_Smart in Landquart und waren mit den Zimmern und dem Frühstück zu frieden.

Leider war es das nun für uns mit b_smart. Wir brauchen einen verlässlichen Partner, wenn wir nach einem Ausbildungstag ein Bett brauchen.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder
Pros:

Wir waren sehr überrascht. Habe nicht erwartet, dass wir für den günstigen Preis so ein schönes Zimmer bekommen. Auch das Frühstück war toll für ein Self Service Motel. Im Aufenthaltsraum steht ausserdem eine Kaffeemaschine und Früchte, die man jederzeit nehmen kann. Für einen Beitrag kann man sich im Kühlschrank mit Getränken bedienen oder an Gadgets wie Zahnbürste etc.
Das Checkin hat nicht sofort geklappt am Automaten, durch einen Anruf aber wurde mir geholfen. Ich weiss nicht ob es diesen Service rund um die Uhr gibt aber bei uns war es super. Es ist direkt am Bahnhof gelegen und wenn man zum Outlet Shopping will, muss man nur ein paar Schritte unter dem Bahnhof durchlaufen.

Very clean, very good quality breakfast, very spacious and comfortable, nice staff and close to the train station. Also, free parking is a big plus!

Sehr gut gelegen mit gutem Komfort - jederzeit gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr grosses sauberes Zimmer. Schönes grosszügiges Bad. Moderner Standard.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut sortiert und für jeden ist etwas vorhanden. Das Gebäck war frisch und war sogar noch warm.

Cons:

Dass die Lüftung in der Nacht im Bad durchläuft. Man hört es nicht, wenn die Badezimmertüre geschlossen ist. Aber wenn man in der Nacht im Halbschlaf ins Bad muss und so ungeschickt ist wie ich, kann man schon mal in die Türe laufen…
Beim self-check-in ist es etwas langsam, weil man z. Bsp. den Ausweis heraussuchen muss, ältere Personen tun sich da schwer. Ich musste daher etwas länger warten, bis ich dran kam.
Da es kein Personal vor Ort gab, tat sich eine ältere Dame schwer, das Wlan-Passwort zu finden. Ich half ihr dann.
Für mich stellte das kein Problem dar.

Big apartment, well located, self check out is great. Super clean!

Cons:

No clear signs for parking, loud neighbors until late and no one to talk to. No cutlery..why give me a kitchen without any ?
