Location good but kinda loud at night, specially in weekend. This one elderly front desk guy in the morning..he's kinda rood or racist.he stop on my way up.i said im staying in the 9th floor but he got mad and told me that I have to leave the key.i told him my wife was there.and making an excuse because he didn't see me went out..he wasn't there too when I went out..I felt not being treated right..also the elevator was loud too.from our room..

No lift,I had to carry my 3 boxes of of 23 kg each to second floor-no support from the staff for handling the luggage-the gentle man at reception behaved like a hostel warden-will never opt this hotel again.
Excellent location, very clean, staff was great.
Bed was ok but not very comfortable.
Quaint room on the top floor with private balcony. Excellent downtown location but oriented away from inner city noise. Easy walk from the train station.

24 hour reception. Very friendly and helpful. Good to have the roof terrace. Overlooking a really busy square with loads of places to eat and drink. In a pedestrian area, so no passing traffic. Rooms are clean and tidy. Daily room service.
Rooms are a little characterless. A little light on wardrobe space but probably based on short occupancy. A bit noisy but hardly surprising given the central pedestrian location, and certainly not 'rowdy' noise. Probably being a bit 'picky' here!
