Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena.

Cons:

El ascensor no estaba funcionando. Preguntamos si podíamos dejar el equipaje durante el día, 2 maletas de mano, y el recepcionista lo quería dejar en el pasillo, ningún sitio protegido, sólo hasta las 16 h, o que fuésemos a la estación a dejar allí el equipaje. Todo esto considerando que el recepcionista anterior nos había dicho que no había problema...
Lo más rescatable del hotel es la ubicación y las habitaciones. El desayuno muy normal.

Wonderful access to Old Town Zurich.
Pros:

the location was great. I loved the old architecture.

Cons:

The elevator was not working. Usually not a problem cause we climb whenever possible. But carrying luggage up to the 9th floor is a but heavy.
When booking the room, it seemed a price for 2 occupancy was presented and accepted and paid, but upon arriving, we were informed it was for only 1 person and I have to pay a significant amount for a second person. I did not like but accepted this.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel!
Pros:

Das Personal war super nett, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfreich, wenn es um "Insider-Tipps" ging.
Unser Zimmer war vollkommen ausreichend und trotz des kleineren Bettes konnten wir ohne Probleme schlafen.
Das Frühstück war kein riesen Buffet, aber das kann man in diesem Hotel auch nicht erwarten. Es war trotzdem alles da was man brauchte.

Die Lage ist wundervoll. Wir sind direkt im Geschehen und haben nahezu alles zu Fuß erreicht.
->Kann für manche auch ein Nachteil sein, da man Nachts aufgrund der Lautstärke nicht unbedingt das Fenster offen lassen kann, falls man Probleme mit mittlerer Geräuschkulisse hat; man ist halt umgeben von Restaurants, aber die geschlossenen Fenster lassen nahezu nichts an Geräuschen rein.

Cons:

Das ist jetzt meckern auf hohem Niveau: Im Badezimmer war ein leichter Schimmelansatz, jedoch noch nicht so schlimm, dass man das Zimmer hätte tauschen müssen. Es wäre aber möglich gewesen, nur für uns war es nicht notwendig.

le camere non corrispondono alla realtà. guardando le foto ti aspetti di trovare delle camere spaziose e confortevoli, invece mi sono ritrovato quasi in uno sgabuzzino.
la doccia è stata un trauma ogni secondo la temperatura cambiava da gelata a bollente.
appena entri dalla porta ti poni la seguente domanda: dove sono capitato?

Отличный вариант для знакомства с городом.
Pros:

Останавливались на 2 ночи на знакомство с городом. Расположение очень удобное, практически старый центр, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Номер небольшой, но чистый и комфортный. Соседей не слышали, кровати удобные, спалось отлично. Персонал приветливый, заселение/выселение легкое и быстрое.

Cons:

Совсем уж скромные завтраки, но приветливость персонала все сглаживает). И плохо уходила вода в душе, но это уже мелочи.

Good breakfast and a clean, comfortable room

Cons:

The elevator was broken, and knowing this, I was given a top floor room. The hotel was not full. I came to breakfast and the receptionist moved me from my window table when I was not there. He did not give me another window table although one was available. Simply rude!

La colazione abbastanza ricca. Lo staff molto gentile ed accogliente. La posizione ottima, molto vicino alla stazione

Cons:

La sera c’è musica forte che proviene da un pub probabilmente , fin verso le 11:30/12. Stanze molto piccole e riscaldamento centralizzato quindi non ho potuto riscaldare ulteriormente la stanza
