Great location, friendly staff, comfortable though room for a good value. Would stay again.
Pros:

Location was amazing, right in the middle of the old town. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The weather was hot so just the fan was minimum to keep cool. A bit noisy at night, but that comes with being in the center of the old town.

Die Betten sind für Europäer zu winzig.

La ubicación excelente.

Cons:

El recepcionista de la mañana y el desayuno lo peor que me pasó en mis viajes de todos los años por Europa. Nula disposición del personal, el desayuno era hasta 10.30 y a las 09.55 literal nos echaron con mi esposa e hijo de 16 meses porque querían recoger todo a las 10.00, falta de limpieza y sobretodo destrato si sos latino, como a mi familia. Nunca había vivido una experiencia de discriminación así en un hotel.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Hirschen in Zürich. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Unser Zimmer war zwar etwas klein, aber das wurde durch den hervorragenden Service mehr als ausgeglichen.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass wir verspätet zum Frühstück gekommen sind und trotzdem noch freundlich bedient wurden. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
