It was fantastic overall! We would love to stay again.
Pros:

The spa area was fantastic! The breakfast had a lot of food options. The location was great walking distance to old town.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasnt working. No self serve ice machine.

Tolle Lage um diese tolle Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, gutes Personal
Wir kommen gerne wieder, klare Empfehlung!

Cons:

Aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit verzichte ich gerne auf den täglichen Roomservice und damit auch auf den Handtuchtausch. Dann aber für saubere Handtücher für das Spa "betteln" zu müssen, passt nicht.

El último dia el spa estaba demasiado lleno con mucha gente ruidosa y medio borracha, deberían controlar esas cosas, aforo y alcohol en zonas comunes.

Muy recomendable!!
Pros:

Todo en general. El buffet muy variado y completo y de gran calidad!
La habitación muy cómoda!!
El spa con piscina interior, un gran acierto!!
Para los clientes tienes un uso ilimitado.
Calidad y precio...de lo mejor en Tallin.
Se encuentra muy céntrico y llegas al casco antiguo en 5m andando.

Dentro del spa tiene un pequeño bar
Uno de los días, había un grupo de jóvenes ( unos 10), que no paraban de pedir cervezas y formaron bastante alboroto.
A parte, hay carteles donde se prohíbe llevar bebidas dentro de los jacuzzis, nadie del hotel les dijo nada. Solo se pueden tomar en las mesas del bar.
Parecía una taberna más que un spa.
Íbamos a relajarnos, pero no pudimos!!

Great hotel in a good location..
Pros:

It’s in a good location, especially if arriving by ferry. The Spa was lovely, clean and with a good choice of reasonably priced treatments. Breakfast was served until 11, which was perfect for me (who wants breakfast to finish at 9:30 when you are on holiday)! There were lots of good quality choices at breakfast. During the week breakfast was calm and unhurried, but much busier at the weekend, as you would expect. The room was clean, well appointed and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

Despite requesting it some 5 months in advance, I was told, on check in, that there was no double bed available? This seemed odd given that we were subsequently told two days later that the hotel wasn’t full? This wasn’t a good start to my stay, but was resolved by a very nice manager who offered me a room upgrade at a reasonable price. I do wonder whether this situation would not have arisen had I booked direct with the hotel?

*almost* perfect hotel for tourists in Tallinn
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel except for the breakfast. The location which is in the Rotterman district was perfect for a balance of both modern upscale restaurants, cafes (even a cat cafe right next door!) and a short walk to the Old Town. I also really enjoyed the spa area.

Cons:

The breakfast was pretty terrible, very bad quality and taste and hot foods not kept warm enough. The coffee was undrinkable with a strange unnatural chemical flavor. If they improve the breakfast it will be an almost perfect hotel. I also would have appreciated if slippers were included (they cost an extra 2 euros per pair) but overall still good value for what I paid.

Great location, great spa
Pros:
