The staff were lovely and really helpful and it was really easy to find and the bed was comfy
The room was tiny , more of a bedsit than an apartment, the bed was literally next to the kitchen, the bathroom was also tiny , they had no oven tray for the over and the rug in the room was filthy, was definitely not was in was expecting for the price
The man on the desk when checking in was very nice. The lobby area was beautiful and the rooms was fine. It was clean and maintained ok.
We were in apartment 5, facing the main street. Opposite the hotel were a couple of bars. The music was so loud and went on till 6 in the morning. No exaggeration, me and my husband must have gotten around half an hour's sleep each. The noise was so unbearable that at one point, my husband went and lay on a towel in the bathroom on the freezing tile floor, just so he could shut the noise out. It was an unacceptable noise level and if they can't sound proof better, certain rooms shouldn't be rented out. There weren't even any ear plugs and I'd be shocked to hear that no one had complained before. When the music finally stopped at 6am, bottles were being collected by the recycling vans. Around 3 in the morning, my husband suggested we get an Uber home as it was that bad.

Said to me how are you with noise next thing you know im on the main party strip on well annoying I even said I had to ear wear plugs it was that cold I had to wear my coat I was freezing
Room with kitchenette. Large, spacious, clean. Large bathroom. Location in the very center close busy street where are pubs and live music most of night. Our room faced a very noisy street and it was very difficult to sleep. Earplugs are necessary.

Apartment was spacious for 3 people. Bathroom is huge!

A little dated, but everything you need
Good location
The room was very dated and lots of wear and tear to floor and fittings , the bed was very uncomfortable and not of good standard.the sink was block which was rectified , we were without hot water on two occasions rectified the first time but not the second . The rooms look nothing like what are shown on booking .com
It wss clesn and tidy and not much noise concidering location bed was comfortable staff was polite and helpfull booking in was really easy and went quick and smoothly
Room was much smaller than expected advertisent doesntt show any pictures of that room or a room of that size my partner can get really Claustrophobic and anxious sometimes so probally would not of booked if i knew true size lucky enough he was fine and we had a good night but apart from that everything else was spot on
Spacious
The bed was not comfortable, it was not soundproof as advertised, the lift had a horrendous smell so we opted to take the stairs, and there was blood all up the walls in the corridor.
