Decor is a little dated
Perfect location for what we wanted. The apartment was clean.
The only thing that let it down were a few cosmetic maintenance issues like the main entrance door was scruffy. Also having an apartment for 4 people but only one sofa. The fan was broken and the dishwasher didn’t have a bottom tray so couldn’t be used which was no big issue but there wasn’t a tea towel either. Also the fan was broken fan.

The room was clean, the staff were lovely and very helpful on the phone. It is right in the heart of Liverpools city centres night life (if that is what you are looking for)
Bear in mind this apartment is in the centre of Liverpool’s night life and the outside music and noise with go on until 5am. While the windows are double glazed, there is still significant sound pollution. Do not expect a peaceful nights sleep.
I would also have expected a microwave as part of the apartment
Location and staff were great
We were placed on the top floor. We specified a quiet room during booking and were placed in a room where it was one of the loudest. Understanding it is close to Matthew street, but this was an issue in our first night which resulted in us getting very little sleep due to the windows not shutting the noise out when closed was a problem. The room looked very neglected, marks on the wall, door locking latch not catching properly when locking as well as the second inner door not locking at all! Our TV and Wi-Fi were not working also and had to be replaced by the staff as well as the bathroom sink not draining. We were moved the second day to a quieter room on the fourth floor by the staff, which was far better but not exactly luxury.
Overall experience was okay, i would say the both apartments were needed of some TLC.
The property is in a very central and convenient location. Everything is within walking distance and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs close by.

The bed in one of the bedrooms was creaky and wobbly and the lamp in the same bedroom couldn’t actually be plugged in anywhere. Also, some hand soap at least in the bathroom would have been helpful.
