Very centrally located, perfect for pubs and clubs and walking around Liverpool. Not great if you’re going to be earlier and want a quiet room.
We loved that it provided everything we needed to cook breakfast & dinner.
Shower was excellent
Unfortunately the main downside was that the beds were very uncomfortable. We bought a pillow and mattress protector in Primark to make it slightly more comfortable

Clean, easy to locate and easy to gain public transport
Solo women travelling and asked for a security deposit which wasn’t listed when booked hence the reason we booked the apartment as was booked last minute and wouldn’t be able to afford 100 pound on top of paying for a room booking. Once arrived we were asked for security deposit which I detested against as for reason started above but was told that I would be unable to stay if I didn’t pay. Gave over my card details and was told that nothing would be tried/charged from my card it was just captured as a security measure. Once in the room I received a notification that the hotel tried to take 100 pounds from my bank and when it declined they then tried to take another 50 pounds. When questioned by me he tried to deny it and when showed proof he changed his story claiming we knew that there was 100 pounds due to be taken. Read another review of this happening too and also now seen other people say the same. Totally unacceptable and not appropriate for a solo FEMALE travelling.

The location. The size of the room was generous too. Staff was friendly.
It’s in a load neighbourhood. Heating didn’t work. The electrical was a bit dodgy - turn the shower on and lights blink. A deep clean is needed. The toilet takes 2-3 flushes to just flush toilet paper.
Perfect location, in the middle of everything. Staff were incredibly helpful at the reception desk. The lady working the desk was so welcoming and helpful. Great value for money.
In the middle of everything, so can be loud outside. If this will be a problem make sure to ask for a room on the top floor or on Victoria street side.
I missed an important online meeting due to a faulty internet connection. The bed isn't comfortable; the sofa, TV, and other furniture are very basic; and there wasn't a desk or table to work on. I was insulted and called bad names by the man who answered the emergency phone I called to report the issue I experienced.
Staff were friendly in communication
Location. Apartment was clean and comfortable. An extension lead was rapidly provided when requested for a breathing machine. Good service 👍
Was advised that email would be sent on the day of arrival giving details of check-in. Nothing was received before I got to the apartment. It was only sent after I mentioned it to the receptionist.
