I had a wonderful stay last weekend. The staff truly made the experience exceptional—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Valene and Kristan went out of their way to accommodate my travel needs, which I really appreciated.

The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby restaurants and attractions, yet it remains quiet and peaceful, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.

Overall, this was a great experience from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Carmel area.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was responsive, but the most outstanding feature was the breakfast bar. The food selection was varied, appetizing, and healthy. Tania and Selene were helpful and friendly.

When visiting our kids. We wanted to give a shout out to Tania - who worked during breakfast hours. She is quick, clean and attentive especially to my 83 yo mom. Always smiling and friendly. A lady spilled major milk at the coffee station, and Tania immediately showed up with her mop and bucket and the crisis was never there. And she didn’t look stress or anything even though it was abuse breakfast hours. Go Tania

Convenient location

the staff was abrupt and mean and treated people terribly. they were unhappy unaccomodating and rude

Tiffany, MacKenzie, and Yaneli did an absolutely amazing job accommodating my group. I have stayed in MANY hotels and this was by far the best customer service I have ever received

We stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Carmel, Indiana, several times a year while visiting friends and family. It is always a great experience. The facility is spotless and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and professional and make you feel at home. This visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer, MacKenzie, and Timothy. They are all delightful and worked hard to make our visit easy and comfortable. Thanks, guys!

We enjoyed every bit of our stay here! The hotel was very welcoming, very clean, and everyone was very nice! Tania and Selene do an EXCELLENT job preparing and serving breakfast! I was so grateful for a healthy grab and go option on my way to my morning meetings: 2 hard boiled eggs packaged in a ziploc bag with a date on it, fresh fruit, and yogurt. When I got up early enough to sit and enjoy a hot breakfast, we appreciated a nice variety of options including waffles, cold and hot cereal, scrambled eggs and a meat, today biscuits and gravy! Yum! Thank you both, so very much, for taking pride in your jobs and providing a wonderful experience for your guests! 🥰
The front desk staff were so nice to chat with on every shift, they were very personable and knowledgeable about the area. Thanks, so much, for being so welcoming every-time we walked through the door!
Our room was very clean, the bed has a fitted sheet that actually stays on, the thermostat worked well, the shower was clean and comfortable, the sops/lotions were good, clean microwave and refrigerator, as well as fresh towels each day! The cleaning staff is top notch!
