Only in 10 minutes walking distance from the old town of Hoi An. Good, satisfying breakfast. A nice pool. Nice common area by the pool where you can chill. They have a library with a good collection of books which you can borrow. They offer bicycles to borrow for free too.

My sister and I, we stayed in 302. A very spacious room with a big balcony. What we loved the most is that the terrace of the room featured an ornamental pond with aquatic plants. It was very relaxing.

Huong and the other ladies are always very attentive. And of course the gentleman of which I can not remember his name (taking care of the hotel) was always very kind, and friendly with us.

Tout a été fait pour nous faciliter la vie, ils ont même gardé une partie de nos bagages au delà du séjour pour nous alléger pour notre excursion aux îles de Cham. Les déjeuners étaient délicieux, copieux et frais. Même lorsque nous avons eu besoin de déjeuner plus tôt pour le départ, nous avons eu la chance qu’ils nous servent avant l’ouverture.
Les chambres étaient spacieuses et climatisées, le lit était énorme !

The hotel, as the name suggests, is very zen. The wooden architecture and facilities inside the room are very pleased to the eye. The bed is very comfy and it has a small swimming pool for you to unwind after a long day walking around the old town. The are is very quiet even though it is very near the old town. The staff were all friendly. The hotel has some rooms for you to learn about art/culture/history displaying objects collected by the owners, which is very nice. I would love to stay here again if I get the opportunity.

ZEN botique villa really exceeded my expectations. We cheked-in clean, spacious rooms, with a very comfortable bed. The service made our stay really memorable, going as far as picking us up from the airport, as well as giving us local recommendations and preparing the most incredible breakfasts to our preference. We were even so lucky to be granted personal favors like buying local coffee beans from a friend of the lovely receptionist. The charm of Hoi Ann is reflected by the wonderful people running the villa, and their exceptional attention and warmth.

An impressive Zen Villa with beautiful and warm design and decoration. Cool pool under the roof really good for hot weather this time especially after excursions. We appreciate the staffs who were very helpful and attentive. And the best breakfast we had during our trip in Viet Nam, simple but very fresh and healthy. The room was huge and clean. The peaceful atmosphere made our stay truly relaxing. We definitely come back and recommend this place. One more thing, don’t miss the museum and spiritual area, where guests can discover a unique collection of cultural artifacts and enjoy a serene space inspired by Buddhist values and mindfulness.

Our stay at Zen Villa was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam.

A special thank you to Huang, who was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived. She made us feel completely at home and went above and beyond throughout our stay. She even managed to secure us a booking at Sky36 in Da Nang for the International Fireworks Festival when they were fully booked. Huang was always checking that we were okay, recommending places to visit, helping with transport, and making sure we got the most out of our holiday. By the time we left, she felt more like family than a receptionist. We were genuinely sad to say goodbye.

The villa itself was fantastic. Breakfast offered a great choice of both Asian and Western options, starting each morning with a lovely fruit platter. The fresh fruit and juices were delicious. The rooms and bathrooms were incredibly spacious – the largest we stayed in during our holiday.

We also loved the complimentary bicycles and appreciated having a gym nearby. The location was perfect: peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town, yet only a quick 5-minute Grab scooter ride away whenever we wanted to explore.

The team at Zen Villa catered to our every need and made our stay effortless and enjoyable. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Very calm and serene atmosphere in the hotel. Beautiful room. Amazing staff and very helpful. Short walk to Hoi An ancient town.

The boutique hotel is well located - it’s quiet and peaceful and the rooms are spacious.
The breakfast served is fresh and Yumm.

After travelling across Vietnam, that stay and location in Hoi An was just amazing. It’s perfect distance from the old town but not in the middle so you can conveniently explore other parts like An bang beach, best place for coconut boat is also near(ask reception) and i enjoyed whole area my self, no need to worry that there is nothing nearby, you can also get bicycles free of charge or rent a motobike. Also there is good gym just around the corner. Room it self was super spacious with really big bathroom and that natural light that shines into it there is very warm. Pool area is as refreshing as it can be in this climate, water is not warm soup like in some rooftop pools and it provides shades with some hedge side sunbathing options as well. In every way we had very nice time there and it starts to feel like home far from home right away so no need to hesitate, we even extended our stay for one more night just to not hurry too much. It was worth it! A lot of appreciation to all the nice people working there also! Delicious breakfast, choose vietnamese for sure Ps! Take the bikes around 4.30am and cycle through ricefields to the beach to watch sunrise!!

A lovely welcoming place with a comfortable huge room and attentive staff. The building and grounds are lovely too. Excellent breakfast, pool and people. There was a rooster at 3am every day, just fyi.

We loved staying at the Zen Villa, everything was very clean, calm and it’s perfectly located just outside the Old Town which is great if you want to escape the crowd. The breakfast was our favourite we’ve had in Vietnam as they have a variety of options and everything is made fresh and in house. We loved using the bikes they have to get around town. 100% will come back!
