Hotel był bardzo ładny i czysty. Bardzo dużym atutem był basen w strefie wejściowej. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne. Jedyne nieporozumienie dotyczyło wcześniejszego zameldowania. Uzgodniliśmy z obsługą, że możemy się wcześniej zameldować ale mimo to pokój nie był jeszcze gotowy. Obsługa pozwoliła nam jednak skorzystać z łazienki z prysznicem i przechowała bagaże do czasu przygotowania pokoju.

Where to begin? The staff was really great, helpful in every situation. Bicycles were available for free, a bit long in the tooth, but perfectly fine for Hoi An, which is basically flat. The room was large with a small terrace facing a neighboring field. There is a truly wonderful little gem of a museum as part of the house, in a side wing. All the tools formerly and even now still used in rice farming, a collection of old Buddha statues and artful incense containers, a large bookshelf with Vietnamese often out of print books, a few memorabilia from the American War as it is called here and a few other antiques, all collected by the the family. It gives a completely different feel to the place, a step back in time once you enter this part. Really lovely. Breakfast was a choice between western and Asian/Vietnamese, plus coffee, juices and fruits, not fancy, but good and plenty. The location is within easy walking distance of the old town, with a couple of casual restaurants nearby.

Nous avons tout aimé, mais surtout, la qualité du service et de son personnel qui était aux petits soins avec nous. Durant notre séjour, Nhi et Huong nous ont été d’une grande aide à tous moments : que ce soit pour nous réserver une voiture privée de Hué à Hoi An avec différents stops sur la route (Marble Mountains, Hai Van Pass, Monkey Mountain), nous conseiller des tailor shops, ou converser simplement avec nous. L’ambiance de la villa est calme et très agréable ! Il n’y a aucun bruit et le coin piscine est top ! Notre chambre était très spacieuse et propre. La villa est à 15min à pied de vieille ville mais des vélos sont à disposition, et un chauffeur pour nous amener au tailor shop.

My wife and I had a three night stay at the Zen Boutique Hoi An in late March 2026 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff are lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the communication before arrival was excellent. We had the deluxe room with balcony, which was nicely furnished and immaculately clean with a very luxurious bathroom. The breakfast was included in the price and you could have both western and Vietnamese cuisine; I highly recommend the Vietnamese breakfast, it was so delicious. The location is a nice walk or short grab ride from the old town, just far enough out to avoid the really busy area. It is also walking distance from lots of great restaurants, bars, mini markets and the riverside. We loaned bikes for free and cycled a few km’s to the beach - it was so peaceful and beautiful there. We made good use of the beautifully clean and cool pool twice, it was a life saver in the heat! So a wonderful hotel with lovely, helpful and engaging staff in a great location - very, very highly recommended.

O café da manhã é bom e bem servido. A localização é ótima, é possível visitar o centro histórico a pé. A acomodação também empresta bicicleta para andar pela cidade. Um dos dias choveu e nos emprestaram guarda-chuva também. O quarto tinha um tamanho bom e era bastante confortável e limpo. A equipe do hotel é maravilhosa! Nos esquecemos um carregador e bateria de maquina fotográfica, e eles rapidamente nos ajudaram a resolver.

Very quite only 5 minute walk away from the market. Very comfortable bed.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, only 10 minutes walk to the centre of HoiAn. The breakfast was outstanding!

Vietimme ystäväni kanssa neljä yötä tässä villamaisessa hotellissa. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, heillä oli paljon paikallisia suosituksia mitä tuli shoppailuun ja aktiviteetteihin. Hotellilta sai vuokrattua pyörät. Etäisyys vanhaan kaupunkiin n. 1 km. Aamupala oli hyvä, useita vaihtoehtoja oli tarjolla. Huone oli siisti ja tilava.

Suositeltava paikka, kun etsit hotellia rauhalliselta paikalta, mutta hyvältä etäisyydeltä keskustaan.

My friend and I stayed four nights at this villa-style hotel. The staff were very friendly and gave us many helpful local recommendations for shopping and activities. The hotel also offers bicycles for rent, which was very convenient.

The distance to the Old Town is about 1 km, making it easy to reach while still enjoying a quieter location. Breakfast was good with several options available, and the room was clean and spacious.

A recommended place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful hotel that is still within a good distance from the center.

On ne peut que recommandé ! Hotel bien situé, personnel ultra gentil, bon petit dej, propre et très bonne literie ! On a regretté avoir pris qu’une seule nuit !

Duży pokój, bardzo duże wygodne łóżko, przestronna łazienka. Cisza. Bardzo smaczne i obfite śniadanie. Personel przyjazny, chętnie służy pomocą.
