Pros:

We felt so at home in Hoi An – and especially at the Zen Boutique Hotel – that we extended our planned stay by two nights. The staff made this very easy for us.
The rooms are lovely and clean. The breakfast was the best we’ve had so far at any of our accommodation in Vietnam. Huy and the other staff were always courteous and very helpful. We were able to use bicycles free of charge and found it very easy to book motorbikes and taxis through the hotel.
We would recommend the hotel at any time and would like to thank you for your hospitality.

hotel ZEN in tutto anche nella colazione .. ma andava bene. bella piscina ingresso struttura . Bici grtuita e scooter 200.000 DOGN intera giornata . Abbiano preso gli scooter ed è stato bellissimo girare questa meravigliosa città anche fori zona per andare al mare . No patente internazionale perchè sono tutti scooter elettrici. bello

Pros:

La posizione è ottima per girare a piedi;
struttura nel complesso carina.
Colazione ok, sempre anche ottima frutta.
Staff gentile - ho dovuto richiedere una notte in piu causa cambio programma all’ultimo e non ci sono stati problemi.

Cons:

La sera prima si ordina la colazione, se come me non mangiate molto è perfetto, ma se siete amanti dei buffet qui non lo troverete.
Nel complesso la struttura è carina, ma ha bisogno di una forte manutenzione nelle stanze, questo mi è dispiaciuto

Pros:

The pool was great.
Breakfast was substantial to carry you through the day.
Staff were very obliging.

Cons:

The road noise - it was not quite as ‘zen’ as we were expecting based on the website description.
There was nowhere to sunbathe in the open.
Hoi An has got very much busier than we experienced ten years which was for us a disappointment (of course this has nothing to do with the property)

A warm, memorable stay in the heart of Hoi An
Pros:

If you want to truly enjoy Hoi An with a comfortable and relaxing stay, this is the place to be. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, the breakfast is good, and the host and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Huong for making our stay so amazing. She helped us with local recommendations, tour arrangements, and cab bookings at very reasonable prices, and made sure we could simply relax and enjoy our time without having to worry about anything.
Thank you for making our stay so memorable. It was definitely a perfect stay, and we would happily come back again!

It was our third time at Zen Boutique Hoi An and why not ? It is very relaxing with friendly and helpful staff Our room was spacious, tastefully furnished with a big comfortable bed, a large balcony and huge bathroom with bath and shower. The breakfasts are great; a choice of Vietnamese or continental breakfast both served alongside plates of exotic fruits and a choice of cereals, juices and coffee available. Zen Boutique is conveniently located a ten to fifteen minute walk from Hoi An Old Town and a sixty to seventy thousand VND taxi ride to An Bang beach. There's a swimming pool large enough to swim a few strokes and great for cooling down after a hard day's shopping. Oh and it has it's own little museum and an interesting collection of books you can borrow.
