Tolle Lage, nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt. Jede Menge kleine Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung.
Riesiges bequemes Bett. Fahrräder für Touren durch die Reisfelder können kostenlos ausgeliehen werden. Sehr nettes Personal mit vielen tollen Tipps.

If you are looking for something clean, friendly and a 20 minute stroll from the ancient town at an affordable price, then make the Zen Villa your venue. The staff, in particular Huong and Nhi, are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful.

From the outset of our planning the team reacted quickly and reassuringly to every email, they arranged the transport to and from the airport and trips. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Tolles Frühstück und schöne Unterkunft etwas abseits vom touristischen Trubel!
Pros:

Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr geräumig. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück gefallen, bei dem sogar auf unsere individuellen Wünsche eingegangen wurde. Die Mitarbeitenden waren stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Der Straßenlärm war leider sehr hörbar im Zimmer, wodurch es sich weniger entspannt angefühlt hat.

Beautiful property with amazingly attentive staff.
Pros:

The property is peaceful and aesthetic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay in Hoi An and even booked the Memories show for us, organised motorbike hire and a private car back to Da Nang. My husband and I are vegans and they made sure to supply a breakfast to suit out dietary needs. The location is a short walk from the centre of town, but it also means it was a more quiet stay which was good for sleeping.

Nothing, it was lovely.

Wygodne, duże łóżko, przestrzenny pokój, smaczne, obfite śniadanie, kameralny basen.

Niestety, "zen" jest tylko z nazwy. Od wczesnego wieczora do rana gościom towarzyszą odgłosy uniemożliwiające odpoczynek i spanie kolejno: modlących się nieopodal, wieczorami, żab z pobliskiego rozlewiska, klimatyzacji sąsiadów, kur oraz zakładu stolarskiego mieszczącego się pod oknem. Co więcej, pokój standardowy w zasadzie mógłby być sprzedawany jako pozbawiony okna, bo widok wygląda jak na zdjęciach. Obsługa niby troskliwa, ale ma się poczucie że ciągle chcą ci sprzedać bilet, wycieczkę, transport, cokolwiek. W okolicach klimatyzacji grzyb, w szafie mole.
Znaleźliśmy polecenie na blogu, proszę nie dać się zwieść.

Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Personal kümmert sich um alle Anfragen, ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer bot alles was man braucht, die Einchrichtung ist sehr schlicht gehalten, die Möbel sind zum Teil etwas abgewetzt. Die Lage ist tipptopp, man benötigt etwa 10 Minuten um ins Zentrum zu gelangen.

Śniadania mistrzostwo. Presonel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja przy starym mieście. Sam hotel zlokalizowany niedaleko pól ryżowych. Pokoje czyste i przestronne, bardzo przyjazna atmosfera. Wystrój hotelu również bardzo ciekawy.
