the place was nice, comfortable bed .. pool was nice clean water and quite large for swimming laps.. the staff were friendly helpful.. beautiful Coy fish in pond
my room always had small bugs (cockroaches) in bathroom area , I only had 1 breakfast it was very basic food and indonesian food.. I dont know if the Coy fish are fed enough because I fed them fruit and they went crazy ..the same for the poor turtles in slimy green water with nowhere to stand out of the water ..very hungry too.. the gym area was locked and nobody could explain why, or open the door

Noisy for AC compressor
The room was comfortable, good shower with hot water, bed was great and choice of firm or soft pillow. Water and kettle provided for tea or coffee in room. Good location for visiting sites in downtown jakarta. Was able to extend for additional night right at checkin.
The coffee shop/restaurant wasn't as listed on website. The hours said to be 6am-11pm but when I went at 9pm was told closed at 9:30. Breakfast was only buffet of Asian food and no menu for cooking even though website listed western food could be ordered, very disappointing.
