What a special property.
Pros:

We could not have enjoyed our stay more. From the huge welcome we received from Mario at the front desk, to our beautiful, comfortable room, to the astonishing rooftop views, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great as well. Very walkable. We will be back!

Cons:

We loved every single thing.

A really lovely stay at Hotel Basilica
Pros:

Lovely breakfast, great location, fabulous & helpful staff, excellent check-in experience and our room had a pretty balcony. The beds & pillows were very comfortable (great to have a choice of pillow type) and our room (back of the hotel, not the street front) was really quiet.

Cons:

The rooftop area & pool were very tiny which is not what I expected at all. I knew the hotel didn't have a gym when I booked, but I still found I missed not having a gym handy. Having said that, the hotel is in such a great location that it's easy to walk everywhere around Palma as alternate exercise.

Pros:

The hotel is in the centre of the city and so quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect for exploring. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On arrival we were offered a glass of cava and sat in the outdoor terrace to enjoy it. Our garden room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious! We will be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Great location. Very friendly welcome. Extremely clean and well maintained. Nice little bar area and outside terrace

Cons:

Pool very small. Was too cold to go in during our visit but imagine would be crowded in the summer.

Great location, lovely rooms and wonderful staff
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, well maintained and the staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They were all very attentive and welcoming. The hotel was in a good location to reach all attractions.

Cons:

The suite was on two levels with the bed upstairs and the bathroom was on the lower level so it would not be suitable for elderly travellers if they had to use the staircase during the night to use the bathroom.

Pros:

Ein wunderschönes kleines Boutique Hotel. Schön gestaltet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und alles von ausgesuchter Qualität.

Cons:

Der einzige Wermutstropfen war das Zimmer im 4. Stock, welches etwas dunkel war. Durch die Dachschräge gab es nur ein bodentiefes Fenster etwa 70 cm hoch..
