I loved my stay at Hotel Basilica. The facilities were nice, the staff were welcoming, and the location right in the heart of Palma was excellent.

Un personnel au petit soin, diligent et toujours de bonne humeur (mention spécial à Javier qui parle par ailleurs un français parfait)
L’hôtel Basilica est idéalement situé (dans une rue calme) et proche d’une magnifique basilique ce qui lui confère encore plus de cachet et d’authenticité.
C’est un hôtel luxueux mais d’un luxe sobre (un luxe de bon goût en somme).
L’hôtel est très calme et l’on y dort très bien (nous avions deux chambres pour une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants adultes).
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et fait de produits frais.
L’hôtel est parfaitement bien climatisé et nous a permis de bien nous reposer et de nous rafraîchir après des journées de visites dans Palma ou dans Majorque sous de fortes chaleurs.
Il manque la possibilité de pouvoir dîner dans l’hôtel.
Ce serait un vrai plus (après une journée à visiter Palma).

Not much clothes space.
The whole stay from start to finish was fabulous. The location is great, the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff looked after us exceptionally well from the second we arrived. Breakfast is worth doing! We added it on each day as hadn’t pre booked but definitely recommend. We will 100000% return!
Genuinely no negatives
Excellent location, caring and attentive staff. Beautiful facilities, couldn’t recommend it more and already planning our return.
The entrance to the hotel is stunning, as is the views. I had the room with the balcony and sun chairs, the pool is small, but has stunning views of Palma and everything is in walking distance, so location is amazing. The hotel has a boutique feel to it, and you feel safe as you need a key card to get you into the hotel. I like the welcome drink and the explanation of where everything is, even the free soft drinks in the fridge in your room.
The floors of my room were frankly a little dirty, like it hasn't been swept or moped. There was also the prior guest bikini bottom hanging on the outside lounge area. I don't think any guest would want to see prior guests clothes.
Location and nice rooftop
Children at what was sold as an adults only establishment. Also not enough space to place items in the room for two guests.
