It will ruin your holiday If you are unlucky to get the noisy room with no other room to change.
Cons:

First night, we got a room with strong vibration and noise on top floor just below the pool and they said they had no room to change. The staff tried to help but nothing helped when there was no room according to what they said. We had very bad sleep and feel the money was totally a waste. It’s so basic you just expect a relaxing and quiet room during holiday.

Amazing - can’t wait to come back.
Pros:

Service was fantastic - staff were SO lovely and helpful. Location was great, and felt very quiet despite being in the middle of the city. We are already planning to come back.

Cons:

Pain not to have car parking, but they were helpful in helping us find some.

A wonderful spring break at a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location in the old town. The staff were exceptional.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed by the rooftop pool area. It would have been nice to sit at a table with a drink but the area has only sun loungers and an honesty bar.
