Soggiorno piacevole in un borgo caratteristico e molto curato in una struttura praticamente perfetta
Pros:

Personale molto professionale e gentilissimo, la colazione SPAZIALE! mai vista prima.!!!

Cons:

In generale mi è piaciuto tutto, nella nostra stanza mancava la televisione e forse per le mie abitudini il materasso era troppo morbido.

Great location and comfortable digs in a postcard town
Pros:

Panzano is a sweet little town on a ridgetop, and this hotel is right in the middle of it all. If you have a car, there's good, free municipal parking a few hundred steps away. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the valley on the north side of the town. The hotel has lots of common space where you can sit and read and chat. We were there in March when it was still chilly out, but in warmer weather the inviting outdoor spaces look like they'd be terrific. Breakfast was plentiful and good, and the staff was helpful.

Cons:

There's no elevator and our room was up two flights of stairs, so if you're elderly and have problems carrying your bags you might ask about being on a lower floor.

Fabulous place with fantastic people - stay there if you're in Panzano.
Pros:

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We needed to leave before 8 am, and they start serving breakfast at that time. We asked if they could serve us at 7 am and the kitchen staff accepted to come in early just for us!
The room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. WiFi connection was good.
Everything was spotlessly clean.
We were given an very good continental breakfast.
The hotel is located just a short walk away from the centre. Panzano is adorable! The scenery is breathtaking.

Cons:

There is no TV in the room but that's not much of a bother.
