Totul plăcut,piscină exterioară, interioară etc.jocuri pentru copii,activități cu program copii (dansuri,jocuri etc.) și multe altele.

Se putea și mai bine
Pros:

Mâncarea mai buna anul acesta față de anii trecuți. Am avut defect frigiderul din camera dar au rezolvat repede problema. Mai multe activități fata de anii trecuți.

Cons:

Ca au dat liber la toții turiști din cele trei hoteluri peste tot. Asa a început înghesuială și furturile de pe șezlonguri. Prosoapele nu erau spălate corespunzător erau aduse pline par de la turiști anteriori.
Întotdeauna a fost o problema cu parcarea , dar anul aceasta paza a cerut 10 euro ca să ne lase sa parcam cu plata a 15 euro pe zi.

Pros:

Super multe facilitati disponibile. Nu se asteotam sa fie atat de frumos. Locatia aproape de plaja. Domnii de la parcare ne-au ajutat sa gasim cel mai bun loc. Mancarea excelenta si diversificata.

Havuzu sevdik.

Cons:

Rezervasyon Öncesinde booking’de belirtilmemesine rağmen Ekstra günlük 15 Euro otopark ücreti ödemem gerektiğini otele varışımdan bir gün önce otel tarafından gönderilen bir e mail ile öğrenmek hoşuma gitmedi. Yemekleri damak tadımıza çok uymadı ama Bulgaristan’da genel olarak böyle sanırım.

Pros:

This hotel offers exactly what you pay for. The rooms are clean, and the food is good, although it is not very varied, as almost the same dishes are served every day.

Cons:

What disappointed me the most was that some important information is not mentioned when you make the reservation. For example, parking costs €15 per day, but you are not given an invoice or a receipt. The hotel also has a private beach located about 5–8 km away, and you have to book the shuttle one day in advance to be sure you get a seat. In addition, you still have to pay for the sunbeds and umbrella at that beach.
If you prefer to use the nearest private beach, it costs around €24 per day for two sunbeds, two mattresses, and one umbrella (€6 per sunbed, €3 per mattress, and €6 for the umbrella).
The hotel pool area is extremely crowded. The sunbeds are placed so close together that there is barely enough space to walk between them.

Marea curată și frumoasă. Nisipul fin.

Cons:

Mâncarea. Aceeași Mâncarea repetată și reinterpretată. Nici măcar pe weekend ceva mai special sau tematic gen mâncare cu un anume specific.

Pros:

Хотелът е с чудесно разположение. Отсядаме вече за трета година и ни харесва. Басейните и пързалките са чудесни и предлагат много приятни моменти, особено когато сте на семейна почивка. Храната в ресторанта е вкусна и добре приготвена. Студиото, в което ни настаниха беше огромно и се състоеше от две отделни помещения свързани с врата, което дава отличен комфорт, когато си с деца.

Cons:

Чистотата не беше на нивото на 4-звезден хотел. При настаняването се оказа, че калъфката на една от възглавниците не е сменена, а пред вратата на стаята имаше петно от повръщано!!!
Банята има нужда от реновиране и от по-добро почистване.

Cons:

Am avut o experiență foarte dezamăgitoare și, din păcate, a fost cea mai neplăcută vacanță pe care am avut-o până acum.

Pe parcursul sejurului, toată familia a făcut indigestie, inclusiv noi, adulții, nu doar copilul, ceea ce ne-a afectat serios concediul.

Condițiile de servire a mesei au fost neplăcute. În timp ce mâncam, personalul de curățenie mătura printre mese, ceea ce nu este deloc igienic și creează un disconfort evident.

Curățenia în camere a lăsat de dorit. Lenjeria de pat nu a fost schimbată zilnic, iar prosoapele erau înlocuite doar la 2-3 zile.

Mâncarea a fost foarte condimentată și lipsită de diversitate. În cele 7 zile de sejur, meniul s-a repetat aproape în întregime. Fructele și legumele nu păreau proaspete, iar prăjiturile erau foarte greoaie, cu exces de cremă.

Un alt aspect foarte deranjant a fost parcarea. Tariful de 15 euro pe zi este exagerat, iar faptul că nu este permisă oprirea în fața hotelului pentru încărcarea sau descărcarea bagajelor este foarte incomod. Am fost direcționați către o parcare aflată la o distanță considerabilă de hotel.

Din păcate, experiența a fost una foarte slabă din punctul meu de vedere, iar raportul calitate–preț nu justifică serviciile oferite. Nu voi reveni și nu pot recomanda această locație.
