STAY AWAY. WELL BELOW AVERAGE.
Pros:

Start of World Cup and a functioning TV was critical. Neither TV set worked. Remotes did not work. Telephoned snd srnt message on WhatsApp and was told someone would come at some point ( such a vague response!) to take s look. End of second day and still no functional TV. Spent $$ in a pub so I could watch the games on their TV.
Third day, still no TV and I decided to vacate early instead of spending another night there. I slept at another place instead. My worst time ever in a rental and, whatever you might experience, don’t trust the management to help. They were not interested and never even showed up. Just took my money upfront and delivered DISAPPOINTMENT and FRUSTRATION.
