We wouldn't stay there again.
Pros:

The location was good and we had a good view of the bay.

Cons:

The staff had a poor attitude. We paid extra to extend our checkout and was told it was logged on the system. The following day we were told to leave as checkout was 20 minutes ago. There was no question asked about if we were ok or had we arranged a different checkout, just an assumption that we were in the wrong.
Our door lock was so stiff it was nearly impossible to open and we had to leave the door propped open to get back in. I mentioned it to the manager and was told "they are all like that". The lift was also shaky and decrepit. There is not much maintenance or customer service. Also, the messages sent to the hotel before checking in were not answered.

Carl and Nicky vacation.
Pros:

The location the view from the room amazing had a seaview room. The size of the room was perfect 2 chairs and a small table by the window lovely to sit there at night and relax. The bed was very comfortable. Can't wait to go again.

Enjoyable Weekend
Pros:

You felt really welcome from first arrival until departure, the room was at the front of the hotel with a sea view. The staff were very friendly, you had the choice of several breakfast (and I must admit the cooked breakfast was beautiful). There's steps at the front of the hotel and with mobility issues, you could use the rear entrance. The hotel was just a minute from the main shopping street at one side and the same at the other side from the shopping precinct. Overall really enjoyed the stay.

There's nothing really not to like.

The location at the ocean and the seaview from our room was beautiful. We found a parking spot right in front of the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't say anything about breakfast.

Pros:

The view was stunning. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was excellent, remaining at a constant temperature.

Cons:

Our towels were not changed for the whole of our four night stay, and we ran out of toilet paper, which was not replenished. We informed a member of staff who said he would see to it, but it wasn't done. We could not shower the last full day and the last morning as the towels were soaked by then having been left for collection in the shower.
