Pampelune est une belle découverte
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, très bon petit déjeuné

Cons:

Comme dans beaucoup d'hôtel des centres ville en Espagne, l'accès en voiture n'est pas facile, le stationnement payant et un peu éloigné de l'hôtel

Fijn betaalbaar hotel vlak bij het centrum.
Pros:

Vlak bij het centrum en toch heel rustig met een schitterend uitzicht op de bergen. Tijdens een hittegolf van 41 graden toch een fijne koele kamer. Wij waren hier al vier keer eerder (dat zegt al genoeg!) en waren opnieuw erg tevreden.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was niet veel, koffie-apparaat was stuk, en de ontbijtzaal is een ongezellige ondergrondse ruimte.

Hay un parque cerca y habia bastante ruido. Las instalaciones estan muy descuidadas, manchas permanentes en sabanas y paredes que dan muy mala imagen. Ademas, en muestra habiatcion habia una araña enorme y bichos muertos y secos en la pared.

Acogedora y moderna estancia en Pamplona
Pros:

Llegamos en la noche y la recepción fue virtual, práctico y amigable. Al día siguiente esperamos a que llegue nuestro transporte en la salida de recepción, sin problema y sintiéndonos en nuestra casa.

Servicio de limpieza molesto e nada profesional
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena y a la vez se estaba muy tranquilo y silencioso. Las vistas también eran agradables. Por la noche tienen el acceso sin recepcionista con código o tarjeta de habitación - muy cómodo.

Cons:

La chica de limpieza entró a la habitación aún estando el cartel de "no molestar". Además, a las 9.30 de la mañana mientras estábamos durmiendo, tocó la puerta para preguntarnos si aún estábamos ocupando la habitación y hasta qué hora estabamos, aunque ese día teníamos el check-out a las 12.
Bajamos a reclamar a la recepción y la única respuesta que recibimos fue: "Disculpad, es que la chica es nueva".
Hemos pagado de más por una habitación un poco más grande y ni siquiera tuvimos un armario, eran perchas amontonadas en un gancho.
Adicionalmente, las ventanas no tenían mosquiteras, por lo que era imposible ventilar la habitación (entraban todo tipo de bichos).

Un endroit accueillant dans une ville à découvrir
Pros:

Le bâtiment, une vieille maison rénovée avec beaucoup de charme. La climatisation intelligente, bien gérée. Les spécialités au petit déjeuner. Le confort de la literie.

Cons:

Il manquait peut-être un petit frigo et une penderie fermée.

Hôtel sympathique dans le centre de Pampelune.Nous étions 7 et avions réservé 2 chambres.Les lits sont de bonne qualité.Bon emplacement.

Cons:

L'enregistrement à distance pour 7 personnes est un peu long mais ça se fait!

Good value hotel, but not recommended in the hot summer months
Pros:

Excellent location in the Old City

Cons:

The hotel uses a "smart" climatization system. There are no thermostats or fans. We arrived when it was 33C/93F, and the room was stifling. To sleep, we had to open all the windows, and it was still hell-hot. No staff was around at night, and no fans were available. We barely slept. Also, the most strangely uncomfortable pillows I've slept on in a while.
