Não vale a pena ficar nesse lugar. Nao tem cafe da manha incluso e nao tem estacionamento proprio.

Nada foi interessante nessa acomodacao, pessimo custo beneficio.

Cons:

Acomodação ruim e muito caro pelo que oferece, nao possui estacionamento como promete em seus anuncios, me sentir enganado por isso, aluguei a acomodacao achando mesmo que possuia estacionamento e tive que pagar para estacionar em estacionamento privado particular de terceiros.

Pros:

O atendimento da equipe é destacável. A localização é muito boa, próxima do aeroporto de Congonhas e do SP Expo, quase em frente ao metrô, ao lado restaurantes, padaria, farmácia, supermercados e bastante carros de aplicativos. Preço condizente. O prédio é antigo e simples, mas o custo benefício é notório. Ah e o café da manhã é bom 👍 Gostei!
