Pros:

Hospedagem condiz com que é descrito, equipe bem simpática, quartos com tamanho muito bom. A localização muito boa principalmente por ser em frente do metro. Além de ter vários comércios essenciais na quadra (farmácia completa, mercado e vários restaurantes bom pra comer). Facilidade no check-in e check-out. Apesar de não ter elevador, os lances de escadas são curtos, então isso não foi um problema. Oferecem toalha, travesseiros e lençóis limpos, e o ar-condicionado está gelando muito bem e funcionando perfeitamente.

Cons:

Até umas 23h tem muito barulho, principalmente de avião que passa a cada minutos, mas dormimos a noite tranquilamente. Nossa viagem foi em grupo, então alugamos vários quartos, algo em comum em todos foi o chuveiro muito ruim, água saindo do box, descarga ruim, e um dos quartos o banheiro estava sujo e tivemos até que pedir rodo e pano pra secar de tanta agua que saia. Além disso, interfone não estava funcionando então tinhamos que descer as escadas pra pedir algo. O café da manhã é pago a parte e mesmo pelo preço, acho que deveria sim estar incluso.

O quarto tem ótimo custo beneficio. Quarto amplo, com cama confortável e bem limpo! Recomendo para quem esta de passagem.

Cons:

Unico ponto negativo eh o barulho dos aviões pela proximidade com o aeroporto de Congonhas, fazendo acordar logo cedo de manha.
