Very nice location large room and clean and warm
Upon entering very poor service to be served a drink
The music was boom boom yet the clientele were all mid 40s upwards?
Would have been far better if it wasn’t so loud !!
The menu’s were varied but didn’t offer salads or smaller portions
Staff service was very good
We slept well and was woken by loud music coming from downstairs this was at 0730hrs
Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had booked room only but they provided a complementary continental breakfast, which was a bonus. The food in the restaurant was very tasty, good value for money and there was plenty of choice.

Room 21 was outstanding. Can’t thank the staff enough with their assistance with a medical issue in the evening.

Location for a meeting
Room smelt of smoke, bathroom was too small either no extraction so not pleasant to use. Music in the bar was very loud for a Monday night.

Everything!! Been travelling the globe for 55years and have found hotel UTOPIA! Location amazing, clean and comfortable. Friendliest and helpful staff ever. Food out of this world and plenty of tea and coffee provided. Parking top notch! Brilliant stay!
