Hiep Yen Hotel

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I was initially assigned a room where the bathroom exhausted fan was so obnoxiously loud that I had to request a change of room. On second night, there was no running water to my hotel room located on the fifth floor. When I requested to be moved to a room with running water so I can shower, a male receptionist asked if I can just temporarily shower in another room but stay in the current room without running water for the night. I was shocked to hear such a suggestion from a receptionist. Unprofessional. The condition of the property is old, needs to be updated.

Second time we stayed at Hiep Yen. Good value for money. Safe to park our bike & walking at night.

Love to stay at Hiep Yen. Room small but clean. Even internet was not working for the last 3 days. Hope the manager can solve that problem asap. Short distance from the beach and local foods

Loud broken door on top floor scaping concrete floor. Staff not concerned

Upon arrival no English speakers available and they did not have our Orbitz reservation. We had to pay another 400,000 VND and use google translate in a very hot reception area. We got our room and rented two motorbikes from the staff. Thankfully I had them write us a receipt because the next morning upon checkout they tried charging us again and accused us of not turning in the motorbike keys and helmets which we had the night before. We were very late to the train station because of all of the confusion. Also, the bathtub is not hooked up to any drains and just floods the bathroom floor. It is an awful setup in the bathroom. However, the room was clean and in a great location! Across the road from the beach.

A few restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Beach one block away with promenade to access. Hotel Ok and room spacious. Air conditioner and fan provided a comfort zone.

Khách sạn chưa chú trọng khâu sửa chữa nội thất, như cửa chính phòng bị hở nên nghe rõ âm thanh bên ngoài, rèm cửa sổ bị hư nên không che hết, cửa chỗ tắm vòi hoa sen bị kẹt rãnh khó kéo. Nếu KS khắc phục những khiếm khuyết trên sẽ rất tuyệt.

New hotel, closed to the beach. Walkable to eat, drink.

Service was cold but efficient. Rooms are clean and felt brand new. Location is excellent, close to good and the beach. Would stay here again.
