It was ok but no fresh fruit and yogurt
Location was perfect, food was great and staff were lovely . The room was tastefully decorated and clean , a bit on the small side but a huge en-suite bathroom.
The quilt on the bed was way too hot for the season but I guess this is a problem in a lot of hotels.

We didn't have breakfast but were delighted with everything at the Annandale Arms. From the welcome from Kieran to the bar person and the lovely lady who served our dinner (sorry I should have asked your names), the service was everything one could hope for. So friendly and efficient. The dinner was just delicious, we had the chicken in tarragon sauce, followed by a lemon cheesecake. So tasty.
Our room was spacious and had a bath, not always the case and we slept like tops.

The beds, which were singles, seemed a bit soft and saggy.
We had a carvery here on Sunday and it was the best we've ever had. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. We loved it that much the 5 of us went back for a 3 course meal the next night. Highly recommend and can't wait to go again.

Lovely location, great restaurant with fantastic food. Well stocked bar, comfortable rooms and wonderful friendly staff. Close to shops and other amenities and only a 20 minute walk to Moffat distillery.
