Pros:

Lovely hotel in the centre of Moffat. Nice friendly staff. Great bar and restaurant. We had a courtyard room as we had our dog Elsie with us. Own front door to room. Looking on to beer garden. Modern and cosey room. We pointed out that the shower wasn't working properly. The plumber was going to fix it as we left. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a fab stay.

Very comfortable stay at an extremely nice hotel, we have dimension that the food in the restaurant was very, very good.
Pros:

Nice sized room, off street parking for our motorbikes, nice restaurant and very friendly staff.

Cons:

No covered parking for motorbikes.

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente und ruhige Lage.
Leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Zugang zu den Zimmern sehr verwinkelt und schmal. War für uns trotz relativ viel Gepäck ok, könnte eingeschränktere Gäste allerdings vor Herausforderungen stellen.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay we were allocated a garden room which had a table and chairs outside the door and a lovely beer garden. The room was very spacious the bed and the pillows were very comfy. A great location in such a lovely town, will definitely return to this lovely hotel next time we visit Moffat.

5 star super friendly staff
Pros:

The staff are super friendly, helpful, working hard to help people with genuine positivity, our room was large and the location is perfect.

Cons:

We didn’t use the bath as it had mould all around the bath edge and the wall were super thin, we could hear running water, toilet flush and talk from next room.
