Hotel fantástico en el centro de oporto. Con parkin a 50 metros, que no es del hotel. Muy bien
Pros:

Lo primero gracias a la recepción del hotel por hacer realidad mi petición, ellos se encargaron de comprar un ramo de rosas, decorar la cama con sus pétalos y y el resto del ramo dejarlo en el centro del corazón ❤️ para mi esposa, los 70€ que pagué valieron la pena al ver la felicidad en el rostro de mi esposa, no me pareció caro.
En general me gustó todo, el hotel, el personal de recepción, el servicio , la señora de la limpieza, la habitación, el desayuno y los camareros, todos muy atentos y profesionales, estamos muy felices y satisfechos.
El desayuno fantástico, la atención en la recepción exquisita, nos sacaron las maletas del coche y las llevaron a la habitación, la habitación my limpia y decoradas tal como lo solicité, el hotel esta céntrico no necesitamos el coche, detrás del hotel hay un parking el chico es muy amable, nos dió un flyer ( folleto ) donde está un QR que escaneas, te lleva a una página que registras y tres dias pagamos 41,65€ en vez de 90 que valía. En general fué una elección fantástica, repetiremos mas adelante.

The location is great and located in the center of all the attractions.

Cons:

The AC was not strong enough to deal with the sun and heat. I would like to get the AC unit to be a bit stronger so the room tempature would be more comfortable after being exposed in strong sunlight in Porto for a full day.

It takes 2 hours to cool down even though I put one of my room cards to keep the AC unit running all day long.

Expensive basic stay with no special touches

Excellent location. Tasteful general decor

Cons:

Front desk did not inform us of the free minibar on checkin nor did they offer us any pastries to take home. However this was observed to be offered to other guests. Housekeeping poor. Basic breakfast

Overrated! Muito longe de um hotel de 5 estrelas.
Pros:

Localização. Os ovos mexidos e o café ao pequeno-almoço.

Cons:

Paguei 250€ por 1 noite para ficar num quarto com janela directa para o horrível pátio interior. Abria a janela e podia entrar para o pátio além de que todo o hotel podia ver-me deitada na cama. Partilhei o meu acordar com uma pessoa que estava a fazer uma reunião na mesa ao lado da minha cabeceira de cama.

Além disso havia um ruído constante que saía pela conduta do ar condicionado durante todo o tempo, ia e vinha, não percebi se era uma caldeira de aquecimento ou do elevador mas para descansar e dormir descansado é impossível.

As fotos desta categoria de quarto que paguei chamada de “Deluxe” não tem nada desse nome e as fotografia são enganadoras.

Além disso toda a experiência é básica! A lobby é minúsculo, não há uma espaço para se estar. O pequeno-almoço é normal. Produtos de pastelaria e padaria todos de fornecimento congelado. Havia uma quantidade enorme de emissores de cheiros para disfarçar o cheiro a mofo dos tapetes. No lobby e nos andares. Enjoativo.

Dão um cartão por reserva e por isso para alguém se deslocar o outro tem que ficar às escura no quarto.

Para um hotel da rede Pestana espera-se muito mais. Sente-se uma política enganadora e literalmente de assalto à nossa carteira! Não sei onde foram buscar a designação de 5 estrelas.

Lamento dizer que odiei!
