Room cleanliness was good but house keeping was basic - bed not properly made

A very nice hotel in downtown. Right next to a shopping mall. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The room was large and a great city view. Staff if outstanding.

This is my second stay at this hotel and still my all around best choice for Kyiv. I find the location extremely convenient to all needs in the city, with most things walkable and easy pick-up for taxis.

Both the rooms and main hotel areas are extremely comfortable. I think the variety and availability of menu items and level of buffet breakfast is not quite up to where it was last time, but still filled my needs.

I discovered karaoke in the sky bar Friday and saturday, which was a nice thing to have in house. I also had my laundry done, which is typically expensive in the standard hotel method of charging per item, but there was a slight discount for over ten items, and the diligent staff held back one item a little longer because they wanted to put in extra effort on a persistent stain, which I appreciated.

Sky Loft remains my recommendation for Kyiv.

Great location and good hotel. My only MINOR complaint is that sometimes you have to chase to get your room cleaned. However, when you ask it is done straight away. Other than that - perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at Sky Loft Hotel Kyiv by Rixwell! The location is perfect - right in the city center, close to everything. The rooms are modern, spacious, and offer stunning city views. The beds are super comfy, and I slept like a baby.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure guests feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.

Overall, a stylish, comfortable, and well-located hotel with great service. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great location. Clean.
They need to be more family and business women traveler friendly. The bar area that also doubles up as front lounge reception area/is toxic with a men only vibe. In the evening it becomes tough to pass by there-rough boozed up and exclusive to certain crowd.

This hotel was good when it was the Aloft. It’s very cheap and run down currently. Not a very good hotel and expensive for the service you receive.

Everything was completely comfortable. No extra service I asked for was too much trouble. This hotel met all my expectations.
Kyiv has a midnight curfew. After this time, you must stay inside, though a hotel can keep its services and bar open. At the last place I stayed here, there were only a couple of people at the bar, but here, everyone came down to the bar to socialise. You can order the full menu of food until 2:00am.

The ambiance at night in the bar is quite bad. One day there was a fight a blood everywhere and it seems that’s normal there

This Hotel is not that old and a modern design renovation,
Convenient area next to Gulliver Mall, Maid service is great even if you sleep in late,
Food menu is very limited,
has a small gym ,

Sky Loft is very good bang for your buck. Rooms are on the spaceous side and modern. Location is not great but ok. Breakfast is ok. The staff is friendly and great! On saturdays the lobby is filled with noisy partying youth, but on other days everything is smooth.

The prosperity it self was amazing, and then if you get the city veiw it’s even better. Gives you a fantastic veiw of the city at night.

I love this hotel and people there most of all in Kyiv 🫶 Location, service, food, rooms… I like everything there! Giliver mall is so close where You can find everything You need for life. Too comfortable ☺️

Bigger rooms as average in big cities and very comfy beds. Didn’t try the restaurant or the gym because I stayed only 1 night, but breakfast was good and sorted well. The chairs are so close that you can hardly walk to the buffet, that’s not so nice.
For a city hotel it was also relatively quiet, so not much noise coming into the room -that’s great :)
