Pros:

The bed is too small position of AC is wrong and power outlet seems to be hiding no lampshade and no sleepers

Pros:

It is in a not so good neighborhood, it was dirty bugs in the room woke up with bug bites. On the hotel information it also says php 500 deposit it is 3,000 php deposit. The phillipines is dangerous, also had to escape beggars who beg for money any if you give them money they will try to rob you. Also if you don't give them money they will try to attack you.
