Pleasant. As I expected.
Pros:

Nice restaurant. Room was more spacious than I expected. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

My room was above the kitchen of the restaurant, so I heard their loud exhaust system, till they closed the kitchen, which wasn't too bad as that was 9pm. But if you wanted to go to bed early it would have been a problem.

The convenience to the Football ground

Cons:

The noise,,,, pub underneath doesnt shut till 3am on Saturdays and the noise from the music and street, with couples arguing and hoons on the streets.... Sound proofing would help
