Nel nostro viaggio in Cina siamo stati bene ovunque, ma il soggiorno presso Yangshuo Lisa Boutique Hotel rimane nella memoria come un momento particolarmente piacevole del viaggio, per l’atmosfera di accoglienza che si percepisce gia` all'arrivo. Lo staff cordiale, sorridente, attento e disponibile ad ogni esigenza (ci hanno preparato un’ottima colazione molto presto il giorno della partenza), la posizione in una zona tranquilla ma vicinissima a tutto, la pulizia ed il confort della camera ne hanno fatto un’esperienza davvero speciale.
Se avete la possibilita` di trascorrere almeno una notte qui, magari dopo la bellissima crociera lungo il Fiume Li, avrete sicuramente arricchito il vostro viaggio di un’esperienza memorabile.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, besonders bei der Organisation unserer Ausflüge. Zimmer waren gemütlich und das Bad fantastisch. Lage war perfekt neben Cafés unweit des Flusses und Boulevards.

The room was a good size with an excellent view of the nearby mountains. The bathroom was well laid out, with a separate toilet, shower, and sink. The hot water and water pressure were both excellent.
Breakfast offered a choice of three set menus, all of which were very good.
The hotel is set slightly away from the main busy street, making it peaceful and quiet both day and night, yet the main walking street is only a couple of minutes away.
The service was truly impressive. The staff were always happy to offer advice on things to do in the area and could assist with booking tickets and arranging transportation wherever needed.
However, what really stood out was how they went above and beyond when I needed medical attention after falling from a bicycle. I was about 7 km from the hotel, and they came to collect me, took me to the hospital for treatment, and stayed with me the entire time—something I greatly appreciated as I don’t speak the language. They even accompanied me the following day for a follow-up visit to check on the wound.
I cannot thank them enough. Needless to say, I highly recommend Lisa’s.

Dosłownie wszystko. Personel na bardzo wysokim poziomie, bardzo pomocny, wszyscy uśmiechnięci. Czysto, smacznie i wygodnie. W 100 % polecam. A sama lokalizacja w sam punkt.

Rooms, location, breakfast and staff were fabulous! Fantastic hotel!

The location and the service at Lisa’s was excellent. If you are coming to Yangshuo from Guilin by ferry, it is a short walk from the ferry. Kelly looked after us in many ways and suggested and booked a very relaxing ferry trip and a car trip. The generous breakfast was an excellent start to the day.

Kelly was absolutely lovely and made our stay very easy. The room was clean and had a great bath. The location is very quiet and peaceful but close enough to West St if you want to go. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

A lovely hotel with a family feel and great staff. We took the room with the terrace on the 5th floor, a great spot for afternoon drinks, with a massive bath. The location was very good, nearby to the busier areas but in a very quiet street. Kelly and the team were lovely and helpful organising tours for us. Generous breakfast included in a street that houses several small family restaurants serving excellent and cheap food. Coffee shop on the corner and good massage in the street

Lo mejor de todo el alojamiento es la atención, súper atentos a todo, siempre dispuestos a ayudar, incluso nos han gestionado la vuelta a Guilin a un precio adecuado.

La habitación maravillosa, con unas vistas impresionantes, la decoración preciosa, todo cuidado al detalle.

La ubicación es ideal, a cinco minutos a pie de la calle principal y la orilla del río.

Un desayuno bastante bueno, sabroso y completo.

Posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal molo ove arrivano i battelli da crociera. Hotel dal fascino retrò accogliente e molto pulito. Stanza ampia, bella, tutta in legno. Ad uso degli ospiti anche una lavanderia. Sulla mia comoda permanenza la differenza l’ha fatta la gentile impiegata della reception, miss Kelly, che con molta gentilezza ha risposto ad ogni domanda e subito risolto tutti i piccoli problemii che ho avuto al momento del mio arrivo, dandomi anche molti consigli utili sul cosa vedere in città. La mattina ha anche preparato e servito, con professionalità, una piccola squisita colazione con prodotti freschi e buoni (si sceglie tra due composizioni che vengono prima illustrate in foto). La sala colazione la sera fa anche da ristorante e pur non avendolo provato, attesa la qualità del breakfast, presumo sia di ottimo livello. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Strategically located, just steps from the cruise ship dock. The hotel has a welcoming, retro charm and is very clean. The room is spacious, beautiful, and all in wood. A laundry room is also available for guest use. The highlight of my comfortable stay was the kind receptionist, Miss Kelly, who was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and quickly resolving any small issues I had upon arrival. She also provided me with lots of helpful tips on what to see in the city. In the morning, she also professionally prepared and served a delicious breakfast with fresh, quality ingredients (you can choose between two options, which are shown in the photos). The breakfast room also serves as a restaurant in the evening, and although I haven't tried it, given the quality of the breakfast, I assume it's excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Het personeel was zo ontzettend attend en ontzettend behulpzaam.
De kamers waren gezellig en compleet ingericht.
Door dat wij vroeg de trein hadden konden we niet ontbijten, maar er stond ontbijt voor ons klaar, zo ontzettend lief.

El hotel tiene una ubicación estupenda y nuestra habitación unas vistas espectaculares, pero lo que realmente lo hace especial es la atención de Kelly, que se encargó de que nuestra estancia en Yangshuo fuera extraordinaria.

Everyone was very friendly and supportive! They also catered to my vegetarian diet.

Emplacement au calme et très proche des lieux intéressants, une literie très confortable, un hôtel très mignon et très propre, et un personnel aux petits soins , qui propose un très bon petit déjeuner ! Magnifique !

Hôtel très bien placé. Très propre. Personnel très serviable et agréable. Il y a une machine à laver, ce qui nous a bien rendu service. Comme nous partions tôt le matin, on nous avez préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter.
