Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé. Très propre. Personnel très serviable et agréable. Il y a une machine à laver, ce qui nous a bien rendu service. Comme nous partions tôt le matin, on nous avez préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter.

在这家酒店我们经历了从些许失望到非常满意的转变。从推开房门开始，我们对粗糙的墙壁和显得老旧的房门感到颇为失望，但是住下后发现，这家酒店真可以说是良心酒店，绝对物有所值，每天提供的四瓶水是农夫山泉，冰箱的软饮每天免费添加，纸巾是维达的，提供的一次性拖鞋品质也非常好，床软硬适中，床上用品干净熨烫整齐，大大的落地窗能看到阳朔的群山与日落。另外还有可以免费借旗袍拍照，款式和花式都非常优雅，也很新！早餐是提前点餐的方式，种类丰富，份量大，味道好！还有免费洗衣干衣！总之就是越来越满意！

Excelente ubicación, céntrico y alejado del ruido de la calle principal. Personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Habitación muy bonita con todas las comodidades. Restaurante con muy buenas opciones y muy buen desayuno.

Hotel bastante bueno a tocar el centro y muy cerca del embarcadero del rio Lin
Pros:

Kellya ademas de ser muy simpatica amable h profesional nos consiguió pases con descuento para teleférico Ruiy Peak y taxis todo muy bien . Lastima de no haber parado más tiempo en este hotel y magnífica ciudad.

Cons:

La hora del desayuno empieza un poco tarde a las 8 hrs comparado con otros hoteles .pero son rapidos en servirlo.

Kelly and Xiaoli are very helpful. They ensure our needs are met.

Kelly helps with the planning of my trips and I find that the prices quoted are reasonable and fit for my family- 4elderly and 3kids


2. Really clean and comfortable room/bed. We had very good night sleep

3. Good location . It is near the bustling West street.

4.Nice breakfast! Yummy. You get to choose set A,B or C. We plucked some wild onion and they cooked for us! Yummy

5. Authentic Thai food too! Should try!

Hotelito con mucho encanto

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en la ciudad, muy cerca del puerto donde te dejan los cruceros de río que llegan allí, y muy cerca de la zona céntrica. La dueña nos contactó en todo momento por WeChat y nos consiguió una recogida de equipaje para no llevarlo bajo la lluvia (caminando unos 5-10 minutos). Nos dio la posibilidad de elegir entre 2 habitaciones (ambas muy buenas). El desayuno es cerrado y te da 3 opciones (1. Huevos fritos con tostadas y salchichas, 2. huevos revueltos con bacon y tostadas, 3. desayuno con dumplings, fruta, congree etc...) Nos dio al llegar un catálogo de diferentes propuestas turísticas para poder hacer por la zona. También nos consiguió un transporte para ir hasta la estación mas económico que DiDi.

Habíamos reservado por error la habitación para el día siguiente, pero no tuvimos ningún problema y nos cobraron el mismo precio.(es de agradecer).Alquilamos dos motos eléctricas en el hotel para explorar Yangshuo y la chica de la recepción nos aconsejó varios lugares para visitar.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay with our 7 month old baby in Lisa Boutique Hotel. The hotel was perfectly located on a quiet street just meters from busy West Street. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel it self was very nice and rooms were very clean and comfortable.
