The aircon were not functioning well, the room was very hot and uncomfortable.

Not very much
The room was small considering it was classed as a superior room.
The fridge was small.
I had to ask for a kettle.
The bed was hard.
Lights didnt work.
There was no pans to cook with.
The water woulnt drain from the sink in the bathroom.
The doors etc are old and need replacing.
the place is calm and relaxing and accessible in terms of transportation and nearby store for us to buy our needs like foods,drinks and other daily needs

Presidential Suites they called it but it’s really bad room . Lack of facilities such us plastics utensils dirty , toilets can’t flush properly, shower Broken handle , curtains so poor quality, table seats wiggled, they really need to decorate the place news some good maintenance I reckon well it’s my 2nd time that I booked there and this is my last time. Still thanks
