Needs redesigning and renovations
Pros:

I like the lay out of the room from the small living and kitchen room, bathroom and bed was okay to sleep. The place am sure once upon a time had it's charm compared to how it is now. It has a pool and staff that maintains cleanliness in the area. Staff were attentive and helpful with carrying my luggages and things. It's like a studio type apartment. It has fridge and you can cook there but I strong smelling food is not allowed. No deposit fee.

Cons:

I didn't like the slanting pavement going to the entrance they should have opted for something convenient to walk at. The pool area could wet the hallway so I think it's a safety hazard although they do put a safety sign. Please get rid of your old worn out towels and thin blanket sheets. The bedroom area needs redesigning and those broken tiles needed replacement. Electric kettle didn't work after single use and it was dirty and had to clean it. Bathroom sink needs replacement and the cord of the shower head was leaking. I hope they acquire new stuff and some renovation as it's not acceptable gor the price the guests would pay for outdated amenities. The doors needs to have a bolt lock even if there's security at the main entrance. The aircon was but noisy and the water tanks behind the very end room I was assigned. The lights should be brighter especially in the living room area.

Pros:

The location on the outskirt of town was very good for us. We liked having a sitting area in the room. The room was pretty clean, but the pool had a bit of foam in it, which made us suspicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise coming from the street and it is impossible to close the window.
