This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff really look after you, nice surprises every day, great location, walkable to the more busy areas. Would highly recommend taking the pink speedboat out for a snorkelling trip, it was a highlight of our trip. Stop reading the reviews and book this hotel!!!

Hotel has surprises during the day.
However the room was available that we left our luggage inside 2 hs earlier and they said we will received a text when was ready and never received it.

Lovely hotel on the beach with fab food, treats, great spa and amazing staff that could not be anymore helpful and friendly. Also quite pink! We had the Del Mar suite which was fab and had amazing views.

This is my second stay at Pink Coco, and we chose the same comfortable room as before. The quality and variety of food at both breakfast and dinner have significantly improved. I also enjoyed the pleasant surprises by the pool. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Yuni, who assisted us in replacing our Pink Coco water bottle, chased our laundry and helped us book a highly recommended boat trip.
There were some comfortable pillows floating in the pool that made relaxing enjoyable, but they made swimming a bit tricky. I suggest reducing either the number or size of the pillows. Additionally, improving road access to the hotel from both the interior of the island and the beach would make it easier to transport luggage to and from the port. Some guests were hesitant to use the horse-drawn carts because the horses appeared to be in poor condition, and the carts were too small for luggage and two people. Lastly, could the quality of the bikes be improved and their colour made less pink?
We had an awesome stay at Pink Coco! They staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and after biking around the island we can confidently say that they have the best pool on the island! They also do truly have constant surprises in the form of small treats throughout your stay. We thought it was a lovely addition to make our stay feel a little more special. Gili is a special place and pink coco makes it feel even more special.
The staff are amazing. Super accommodating. We had some issues with our power during our stay. They addressed the issue promptly and satisfactorily. Would definitely stay here again!

Das Essen ist sehr gut, tolles Frühstück bis 12h, so noch nie erlebt, genial und kaum zu finden.
Ruhiger Ort, sehr schön gelegen, wahrscheinlich die beste Option in Gili Air. Die insel ist unglaublich genial, wir buchten zwei Nächte und blieben 5.
Die Cottage und die Lima Villa sind gross, sauber und man fühlt sich wohl.
Lorena die Managerin ist grossartig, warmherzig, unglaublich gastfreundlich und um jedes Wohl bemüht. Das ganze Team ist Klasse besonders Jan und Lulu, alleine wegen dem Team muss man zurückkomen.
