The best hotel for perfect relaxation

Excellent service and very friendly staff

The best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything about it is exceptional. The architecture is fantastic, the views are spectacular, it’s incredibly comfortable & the service is second to none. Amazing

My Arbor was one of the nicest hotels I’ve experienced, the world over. Beautiful design. Stunning views. Amazing staff. Wonderful food and drinks. A world class spa. I could go on and on. The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. There was at least one owner in house who was very charming and made us feel very welcome. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thanks so much!

Everything but the lack of AC

If you fancy a luxury German business hotel, set amongst mediocre Dolomites view, and a exhibitionist naked spa, this is the place to come

The whole place is quite unique, and yes, despite its faults, it is very relaxing. The food is good, not Italian food, but good compared to countries to the North. The cold buffet changes day over day and the set menu arrives very slowly. Portions are also quite small.

The rooms are awesome, especially with the lounging pad and the balcony.

The spa is nice - although not that extensive, with 1 steam room, 3 saunas, and a lukewarm outside pool. The hours of operation are hard to keep up with and some saunas are closed without warning during the day.

The staff were very curt. The check-in experience took a very long time, and it seemed they had lost our booking, making us feel rather unwelcome.

Ein wunderschönes Adults Only Hotel, in das wir gerne wieder kommen! Wunderschönes Interior, toller Spa-Bereich mit stündlichem Aufguss, wunderschöner Blick auf die Bergspitzen, gutes Essen! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Staff went above and beyond to answer all my questions, help me with directions, making sure that I am happy and content traveling solo, finding me the best seat in the house, calling me a cab early in the morning, and encouraging me to face my fear of high and ride the cable car to the top of the mountain!

Me and my partner recently stayed at My Arbor. The room was exceptionally spacious, featuring a delightful balcony that offered breathtaking views of the valley. The hotel itself is stunning with modern in design and impeccably clean. Kudos to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and unwavering availability. Both breakfast and dinner were delightful, offering a wide array of choices, each dish more delicious than the last. Opting for the half-board option is highly recommended. A short walk through the woods leads to the cable car station, providing easy access to the slopes—a perfect setup for skiing enthusiasts. Unfortunately, the room was occasionally a bit cold, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable throughout the stay. Despite these minor inconveniences, My Arbor offers a unique and memorable experience. I look forward to returning and hope to see improvements in room temperature control and internet connectivity!

Fantastischer Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das äußerst leckere Abendessen – die Qualität und Vielfalt der Speisen waren beeindruckend. Das Servicepersonal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team!

Auch die Wellnessanlage war ein Highlight. Die Behandlungen waren entspannend und professionell, und die Anlage selbst sehr gepflegt und einladend. Insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum! Wir legen viel Wert auf schöne Unterkünfte, wenn wir verreisen und waren schon lange nicht mehr SO zufrieden! Es ist sehr sauber (bis auf die Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer, dafür 1 Stern Abzug), jede/r einzelne Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, das Essen sehr lecker, die Aussicht fabelhaft und ein insgesamt sehr stimmiges Konzept. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen :-)
