The room isn’t that sound proof. The curtain is a bit light color so not having much shade early in the morning when you might still be asleep

once I found the place it was a good location. friendly clean and comfortable. the restaurant was closed but they offered a delicious and interesting breakfast. helpful staff helped me with dinner reservations

Pros:

Beautiful, delicious breakfast, bath, spacious room, very warm, attentive staff, could store luggage afterwards.

Cons:

Not hotels fault - although close to Naka Karuizawa Station only hourly trains to Karuizawa Station or Nagano Station. Be aware and plan ahead.

Pros:

Appealing hotel with nice big room and very comfy bed

Cons:

We were unaware that the breakfast was set menu and therefore had not informed the hotel prior of our dietary restrictions, it would have been better if this was disclosed prior to arrival.

Pros:

The staff are very nice. Dinner and breakfast are spectacularly delicious. The room is clean. The bath is just hot water but very relaxing. Everything is just well balanced. Super value for money.
