If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM Monday to Friday, after 2:30 PM on Saturdays or Sundays, or on public holidays, please contact Bildungshaus St. Bernhard - Wohnen und Tagen in advance.

Man fühlt sich wohl.

Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und die E-Ladesäulen funktionieren jetzt auch.

Séjour écourté, catastrophique, a fuir!!

Propreté de la chambre, c’est tout

Cons:

Piscine mal entretenue (pas nettoyée, nous avons nagé dans les cadavres de guêpes et dans les feuilles mortes). Personnel désagréable voir pire. Fin du petit déjeuner à 9h30!!! Plus que moyen, pas de bar, pas de restaurant, billard jouet d’enfant (120cm/60cm sans deconner!!) fléchettes de maison caché dans la cave.
Une impression malaisante d’être dans un couvent, bibles et croix dans tous les coinset recoins. Literie catastrophique (ressorts qui se sentent au toucher, grincements), et la 2ème nuit réveil à 8h03 un homme rentre dans notre chambre (nous étions mère et fille) nous dormions, pour décrocher nos rideaux occultants car c’était le grand nettoyage de l’hôtel, la blaaaague!!!

Dobra opcja ze względu na cenę, jakość i lokalizację.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja z parkingiem - czuliśmy się bezpiecznie parkując tam auto.

Cons:

Odjęłam kilka punktów, bo po zamknięciu recepcji trzeba wejść korzystając z automatu do wzięcia karty do pokoju. Jeśli nie ma możliwości wprowadzenia do automatu innych języków (w naszym przypadku polski), miło byłoby gdyby Klient otrzymywał na e-mail instrukcję krok po kroku co ma zrobić, żeby otrzymać kartę. Myślę, że obiekt może się przygotować na tyle, przy użyciu translatora lub tłumacza, żeby przesłać tą instrukcję w języku Klienta, ale nawet w innym języku byłoby OK, bo można byłoby to sobie przetłumaczyć i na spokojnie obsłużyć automat. Podróżowałam z rodzicami, którzy są na emeryturze, nie mówią w żadnym obcym języku, nie korzystają z translatora i mają problem z obsługiwaniem nowych urządzeń - gdyby jechali sami, to nie mogliby skorzystać z wynajętego pokoju, a nawet nie mogliby wejść do ciepłego miejsca jakim jest recepcja, bo automat jest przy samym wejściu.
Dodatkowym minusem był przeciekający kran w łazience - obiekt musiał o nim wiedzieć, bo był zatkany korkiem. Myśleliśmy, że to taki zwyczaj przy sprzątaniu, ale po zdjęciu korka i skorzystaniu ze zlewu woda lała się po podłodze.
