체크인시 직원분은 친절했고
저녁에는 라운지 이용(커피 및 물도 가능）이 편리함

객실이 은근 불편함
사소하게 가방 놓을공간도 없음
화장실도 노후화되어 꿈꿈한 냄새나고 및 물때 얼룩 등 깔끔한 느낌이 없음
엘레베이터는 너무 느리고 복도 등 공간이 낡아있음
정문이 키가 아니고 벨 시스템인데 직원부재시 기다려야함
체크아웃시 직원의 설명이 너무 고압적임. 라운지에 물마시러 내려갔는데 직원이 조식포함 아니면 물도 마실수없다고 거의 혼내듯이 말해서 어이없었음. 원칙이 이렇다고 설명하면 될일인데 거의 소리지르듯 들어오지도말라해서 놀라고 황당함.
바로앞이 공사중이라 창을 열면 공사하는 사람들이랑 마주침

Hübsches kleines Stadthotel, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit wirklich nettem Personal
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, kurze Entfernung zur Station Placa de Armas, keine Partygegend. Man läuft etwa 10 Minuten zur Kathedrale. Schöner Spaziergang vom Hotel am Fluß entlang zu den Hotspots auch möglich. Das Personal ist einfach nur lieb. Unser Zimmer Nr 31 ganz oben mit kleiner Terrasse war gut, könnte etwas "tender lovin' care" gebrauchen, aber alles sauber und recht hübsch. Wir haben super geschlafen, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts, Frühstücksraum sehr schnuckelig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer könnte mal etwas aufgehübscht und auch das Eine oder Andere repariert werden, Steckdosen nicht so richtig fest, es fehlten Haken für Handtücher im Bad ( 4 Handtücher - 2 Haken... finde den Fehler ), auch einen oder zwei Haken im Zimmer, insgesamt aber nur Kleinigkeiten.
Platz für 2 große Koffer gäbe es in diesem Zimmer nicht wirklich, es ist schon "relativ" klein.
Vielleicht sind aber andere Zimmer im Haus größer.

Schön, bequem und tolle Lage.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war toll - haben ein Upgrade erhalten und dadurch war es noch komfortabler. Genau das, was wir gebraucht haben.

Auch nett fanden wir die Cocktail-Cheese-Hour und das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Parkgarage in unmittelbarer (!) Nähe und über das Hotel organisiert worden!

Perfect city break hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Perfect location for all of Seville’s attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the free water, coffee and snacks, and the happy hour drink! The staff were very welcoming and full of recommendations. The roof terrace would have been lovely in warmer weather.

Cons:

Would have preferred a door on the bathroom…
