Cons:

Sur un séjour de 4 nuits nous avons eu un réveil nocturne avec alarme a incendie que personne ne pouvait arrêter.
Et le lendemain nous n’avions pas d’eau froide dans la chambre, l’eau était bouillante impossible de se laver les mains ou de se doucher. L’incident a duré plus de 3 heures. Pour moi il y a eu trop d’incidents .

La situation. La gentillesse de la réceptionniste (Inma ). Possibilité de réserver via l’hôtel une place dans le parking public voisin. Possibilité de visiter à pieds les principaux monuments dans un rayon de 20mn. Petit déjeuner buffet très sympathique

Pros:

Awesome staff, everyone was always helpful, kind and smiling. I think this is the strongest feature of this hotel by far. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, you can walk pretty much anywhere. Our room wasn't too noisy, but if you want complete silence maybe this wouldn't be the best choice (not a problem for us). Breakfast was of really good quality, I loved the olive oil cakes. A small gift in the room was a kind gesture upon arrival.

Cons:

Overall it was a bit too expensive, in another period with lower rates it would be a solid choice. Some areas looked like they needed a bit of tlc.

El desayuno es muy mejorable, sobre todo el jamón York, el revuelto y la tortilla de patata. Mejorando eso en calidad el desayuno sería el correcto para ese hotel.

O café da manhã é continental com bons pães, bacon, presunto, ovos, sucos, tortas e doces.

5minut od dworca autobusowego ,do katedry ok 12-15minut,na sąsiedniej ulicy juz duzo knajpek gdzie mozna zjeść
butikowy hotel w starej kamienicy, z klatką schodową w kafelkach
Bardzo mili ludzie na recepcji
Elegancko podane śniadania
Balkon w naszym pokoju to raczej nieduza wnęka z widokiem na ścianę dziedzińca (wiec bez widoku na miasto ale za to bardzo cicho w nocy)
, na dachu jest taras z krzesłami i kanapami gdzie można posiedzieć
miły gest na powitanie i ekologiczne rozwiązania w pokoju,
z niewielkich niedociagnięć tylko slaba wentylacja w łazience

Pros:

La ubicación, el personal, las instalaciones, diseño y detalle de bienvenida. Contentos con la estancia en general.

Cons:

El colchón podría mejorarse. Un colgador para la toalla de mano del lavabo no estaría mal. Polvo en las tomas de agua altas del baño (un detalle para tener en cuenta).
