Staff gave customer the same room as use and the customer walked in on us, the front desk name was Paul, Paul also wrote my personal information on a sheet of paper and left it on the desk for everyone walking in to to see

for a quick nap not bad, for a longer stay, I prolly wont recommend
Cons:

the AC was not cooling down the room. Temp was probably at 70degrees despite lowering the AC temp. I was there to take a quick nap while the wife is at an event so I just passed out.

I only stayed there for one week because of work. The hotel was very convenient since it was located very close to the areas where I was working.

I stayed here for one week because it was close to my work site, but my experience was disappointing.

If you’re planning to stay longer than a week, don’t expect housekeeping to clean your room even once during your stay.

The biggest issue was security. One night, tools were stolen from my truck in the hotel parking lot. When I asked the staff to check the security cameras, I was told that the cameras were not working. That was very concerning, especially for guests traveling for work with valuable equipment.

The hotel also advertises complimentary morning coffee, but in reality, there is only one gallon-sized coffee container. If you don’t get there around 7:00 a.m., it’s usually gone. Once it runs out after only a few guests, it is not refilled for the rest of the morning.

The location is convenient if you’re working nearby, but based on my experience with the lack of security, housekeeping, and basic amenities, I would not stay here again.

Things have changed a little since my last stay here
Pros:

The location was convenient to everything I needed to do in Houston at that time

Cons:

Had a bad experience on one of the days of my stay in which a SWAT situation occurred causing me to be out of my room for several hours just left me unsure of whether I will stay at this location if I'm in Houston another time

Pros:

Conveniently located close to medical center and at an affordable price

Cons:

The room we initially got didnt have working appliances considering we would be staying 3wks due to medical reasons. Our food went bad because the refrigerator wasn't working properly. It took the staff a whole day to remedy the situation.

Excellent option to stay in Houston
Pros:

Location is awesome, close to the downtown and you can find stores and restaurants very close. Parking is big and the laundry room is large and machines in perfect conditions

Cons:

They never cleaned our room during the 9 days of our stay
