I had to kill a number of roaches in my room and when I ask staff to sort it or move me room nothing was done

Cons:

Long check in, waited about 45 minutes before i was even helped or acknowledged. I was set to check out at 11am but was rudly awakened by front desk pounding on the door at when even tried to enter the room but luckily the security latch was locked just to ask if we were still checking out at 11.. which to me was out of line and invasive.

For a convenient quick stop this hotel might work, but I won’t be back.
Pros:

It was a prime location for the rodeo.

Cons:

The staff member who check me in was super rude. My room smelled like a cat had been in there for years. It was terrible! The bed was so small and hard it was like sleeping on the floor.

Bed was comfortable and location was not too far from where we needed to go

Cons:

Nothing major close by. Room smelt like cigarettes, restroom wasn't clean... appeared to be a quick wipe down. Hall reeked of weed. TV did not work and was never fixed, room also stayed humid the entire time.

Pros:

Nothing. I didn’t even get my key to get in my room. The whole place was closed. And I couldn’t talk to anyone about getting a key for the room. Made multiple calls and couldn’t get in touch with anyone. It’s the worst experience I’ve had. I will never book here again. I knew it was a bad sign when I tried to book the first room and it didnt go through. Should’ve went with my gut and not booked there! Trash trash trash!

The location of the property.

Cons:

The property was horrible. You have to call to sign out an iron & the iron board was broke. You can only get towels during a certain time. The guy named Zach has a horrible attitude. The elevator went out & I was on the 4th floor. I have degenerative disc disease & had to climb 4 flights of stairs. The bathroom door didn’t shut.
