We enjoyed our stay for six nights for our family of six at Portodrach morning- we had a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms and double balconies offering spectacular views of the port and the town. The hotel is very close to a wide variety of options for dining, bars, ice cream shops, and grocery. It is a short walk (about 10 minutes) to the beach and the main area with shopping. It is easily accessible by bus for visiting local calas (coves) in the area with stunning views and blue green water. Reception was friendly. Cleaning staff was friendly and always checked in to see if we needed anything (change of towels/garbage, sweep floor). The kitchen is small but functional for preparing meals. Dishwashing soap was only provided at check in and we were told would not be replenished so we had to purchase our own. The kitchen could also have included a pair of scissors for convenience and a roll of paper towels. The shower had hand wash instead of body wash which we found a bit odd but thankfully we brought our own. Highly recommend to purchase their homemade baguettes from their resto. Delicious and fresh, this was a staple for us daily! Laundry is available on site which was convenient. Tried the resto once for dinner and food was decent with good portion sizes. Kids enjoyed the pool. Wonderful stay for our first trip to Mallorca- highly recommend!

We have just arrived home from a 4 nights stay at the Portdrach Apartments.
The rooms are clean, spacious, amazing views over the marina and ideally located for the caves & nearby amenities. The staff were all very helpful. We recommend the transfer bus from the airport if less than 4 people staying.
The hotel will arrange this for you.

Great hotel.

It was a very nice area and staff were great. Location was within walking distance to dinner, wine, and dessert. The room we had was quiet and had everything we needed for a family of four. We will be staying here again if we ever visit in the future.

The location is stunning, the apartments exceptionally clean and all the staff so friendly.
Anna on reception was lovely, helpful and an absolute credit to whoever owns them.

The reception staff were brilliant. The room we had booked didn’t have the view we wanted, the staff went out of their way to relocate us to a harbour view room. Exception people!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great value for the price. It's within walking distance of some very nice restaurants. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant’s dinner menu (we had too little time), but the breakfast was good. The lady working there was also very kind.

What I didn’t like: towels were only changed every two days. There was sand on the floor from previous guests, and we even found an empty bottle under the sofa bed — something housekeeping should have noticed.

The location was 10/10 for views, access to the local town and it was relatively quiet. The apartment space and comfort was good and the beds were comfy. Outside space was excellent. One downside was the lack of kitchen utensils and a welcome pack of washing up liquid and a dishcloth/scourer would have been brilliant. Or perhaps this could have been mentioned at the booking stage. As we were only staying for three nights it was not worth purchasing these items. Overall though, a great place. The staff were all friendly and attentive.

Tolles Hotel in lokaler spanischer Hafenstadt, keine künstliche Hotelkolonie. Toller Blick auf den Hafen (wenn Hafenblick gebucht wurde). Ideal für Frühjahr oder Herbst. Strände in näherer Umgebung mit Auto zu erreichen, Stadtstrand ca . 15 min. Zu Fuß. Schöner Pool am Hotel.

The staff is super friendly and helps with all your needs. We were there with our little baby. Also it's very clean and the breakfast is totally worth it.

We had a great week, at these apartments we a lovely room overlooking the harbour. Lots of good local restaurants and shops, great for families and walking distance to the beach. Hotel was clean and friendly.

Die Location direkt am Hafen ist fantastisch. Man hat einen sehr schönen Blick, kann die Stadt und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen, hat auf Wunsch einen eigenen Parkplatz im Hof, die Drachenhöhlen und Perlenfactory sind vor der Tür, sehr freundliches Personal. Nur der Pool war 2 Tage lang zu verschmutzt, das wurde allerdings schnell gereinigt und die Wasserqualität professionell von einer Firma geprüft. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Danke

The fight for a poolside spot starts before the opening time of 10 am so be prepared!
Restaurant lovely and good choices.
One thing- there aren’t enough bowls of a decent size in the kitchen , but that’s a minor gripe.
We loved our stay
