The bathroom vanity space is so small, my husband and I can’t share the space for our own amenities. The guestroom interior materials are so hard you can hear foot steps, conversation if its loud enough, and even door closing in the corridor. The changing room amenities are too minimum. Overall staff are great and the spa was really good. But again because of the hard materials, there is not enough filter for sound

Love the configuration of twin-bed occupancy room, it is one-of-a-kind which i've not experienced in other hotels before. Sharing a space with someone else but at the same time it feels like i have my own space and privacy! The hotel is literally opposite of Pacific mall with great shops and restaurants. I will definitely repeat my stay at Alila SCBD when i visit Jakarta again in the future.
I had a great stay at the Alila SCBD in Jakarta. I have visited the city a number of times for business over the last 4-5 years but have never stayed at this hotel. I had a great experience - the hotel is well managed and staff are uniformly friendly and helpful. The restaurants offer a nice variety with reasonable pricing and the spa is a nice facility. I especially appreciated staff friendliness and helpfulness.
Tranquil oasis in the heart of chaotic metropolis.
Super helpful and friendly staff. Helped to carry my luggage to the office building next door despite me saying it was fine a few times. Also helped to install a MI stick almost immediately which allowed me to access Netflix and YouTube when I was inquiring about it (even though they initially said the team would only be available next morning).
They go far and beyond to provide the best services they could.

Food was not up to the expectations
Hotel is modern, room is big and very clean. Staff are all friendly and the food selection and the food itself are both great. The sit-down breakfast is a good idea. Buffet breakfasts are too overwhelming sometimes. The location is in the middle of a bustling modern city. Lots of nice restaurants and malls to go to.
