Pros:

One of the most tragic stays i had. Rooms were very old and many of the items were falling apart. Including ceiling and toilet doors: Extremely terribly maintained and clearly overated. Will never come back again.

Wifiの接続が不安定な事がありましたが、それ以外は特筆する悪い点はありません。
部屋からの眺めは良い。
価格を考えれば、コストパフォーマンスは悪くないかと。
