Amazing place! Staff when checking in and out were friendly and helpful. Theo was amazing and informative about where to go. The bed size and comfort level was perfect, along with the best views. Lots of kitchen and living space too. Location ideal!

We had a great stay in this apartment Hotel. Apartments are specious and clean. The reception personnel was very helpful and friendly. I have to underline that the cleaning personnel.(Nasima, Piyus and Shareef) did a fantastic job! Thanks a lot.

Travelling with a friend for the first time to Dubai, we booked this hotel for a 5 day stay. We were very impressed with both the facility and the staff. We arrived very early in the morning after an overnight flight and we so relieved when we were able to check into our 2 bedroom apartment with only a short wait in the lobby.
The location was excellent - we were close to the Hop on Bus stop for exploring our first day. (Be aware that traffic is VERY congested in Dubai so this can play a factor.)The front of house manager, Paul was so helpful with suggestions and he even walked us to the closest little market so we could purchase some small grocery items. I would like to also mention Theo and Chris who were in the front lobby and always greeted us with a smile and were so willing to assist us in any of our needs.
Paul also told us about an Italian restaurant across the street , Massimo, which we tried on his recommendation and it was delightful. The hotel also gave us a card to use there which gave us a 20% discount on our meal.
The apartment had a beautiful view of the mosque across the street. The washing machine was a big help and we enjoyed the loungers by the pool on several days when it was too hot in the afternoon to do much.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

My visit to the barcelo was nothing short of perfection. We were greeted by Theo and Chris who could not help us enough. I have stayed in hotels all over the world but the barcelo is my firm favourite. The attention to detail when it comes to customer care is on a different level.. nothing is too much. We stayed on our first trip to Dubai and chose Barcelo Residences based on location and cost. We would absolutely recommend it for those reasons, it’s perfectly placed for easy walking access to the Marina and JBR. The positives were the friendly and helpful staff, location, spacious apartment, cleanliness and its overall great value for money. As a family of four with two children aged 12 and 17 we needed an apartment and not a hotel room and the apartment we stayed in gave us plenty of space with two large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and large lounge dining area and a kitchen. The only negatives, if I’m being really picky, are that the bathrooms and kitchen in our apartment could do with some updating and tlc. That said, they were clean and provided all we needed. There is construction work nearby currently (but this is typical of Dubai in general) and it didn’t disrupt our stay. We stayed facing the marina on the 14th floor, the sunrise mosque calls did wake me most days but the rest of my family slept through it. So it wasn’t a major problem for us but if you have young children or are an especially light sleep maybe request a room on the opposite side of the building. The pool is small but served a purpose and the kids enjoyed a couple of trips there during our stay to cool off. Pool towels were provided too. We didn’t use the gym but it looked to be well equipped too. Bottled water was provided everyday for free. Overall we had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it. I’m only giving 4 stars and not 5 due to the few negatives mentioned above but as I say these didn’t spoil our stay at all and certainly wouldn’t stop us returning. We stayed in a deluxe apartment which had the most amazing view on the 28th floor. The apartment was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Even the gym had everything we needed.

I had an amazing stay at Barcelo Residences Dubai Marina! The location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach and great restaurants. The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a stunning view of the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help and make me feel welcome. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the relaxing pool area. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the comfort of the room to the excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai!

Amazing welcome from Topher — incredibly kind and always ready to help! The security guard at the reception was also super friendly. Dennis was smiling, welcoming, with a beautiful smile. The rooms are always well-maintained and very clean. I highly recommend the hotel — it’s great, with a nice pool, gym, and everything you could ask for! 😉😉

Apartment 706, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms.
The apartment was spacious, in a great location, clean and quiet (there was construction works going on next door, but we didn’t hear it).
The master bedroom had two bedside tables with lamps, a desk area, large wardrobes, Air Conditioner control, TV, block-out curtains and a comfortable bed (not sure what size, but it was large).
Second bedroom had two large single beds, block-out curtains, a small bedside table and lamp, plenty of storage, a TV and Air Conditioner control. The bedding and pillows in both rooms were spotless and very comfortable.
We were very pleased that the air conditioning worked really well, as it was quite hot when we were there in October. There was a third control for the Air Conditioner for the living area.
A well equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, coffee pod machine, toaster and kettle, dishwasher and microwave was very handy.
The bathrooms were very luxurious with toiletries supplied and the bath was very welcome after a day sightseeing, however, a hairdryer would have been a good addition.
The apartment was modern and tastefully decorated with a spacious open plan living/dining area.
Our apartment had a wonderful view of the Ain Dubai, the world’s tallest observation wheel which was quite spectacular at night with a colourful lighting display. We also had a partial sea view.
Bottled water was supplied and replenished during our stay along with coffee pods and toiletries.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would gladly recommend the Barcelo Residences Dubai Marina to anyone planning a trip to Dubai.

Breakfast very poor. No bar or restaurant. Balcony very dirty. High noise from near constfuction site. Water falling from celling in bathroom, from destroyed water heater.
