Das vegane Angebot beim Frühstück war zu klein.
Bedauerlicherweise waren wir davon ausgegangen, dass bei Buchung eines Dreibett-Zimmers auch drei vollwertige Betten vorhanden sind. Bei dem Kind ging man von einem Baby aus. Wie das passieren konnte, ist mir nicht nachvollziehbar. Ich war wahrscheinlich durch die Überschrift Anführungsstriche „Dreibettzimmer“ in die Irre geführt.

Guten Hotel in zentraler Lage in Pulheim.
Pros:

Ein zentral gelegenes Hotel, komfortable Betten, Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, zwar mit etwas älteren Möbeln, aber bei uns im Zimmer sehr gepflegt.

Cons:

Es hat am Anfang im Zimmer etwas muffig gerochen, das hat sich aber im Lauf der Zeit verzogen.

Pros:

Die Lage war für unseren Aufenthaltszweck ideal.

Cons:

In die Jahre gekommen, der Teppich in den Fluren hätte schon lange ausgetauscht gehört, Preis für das Frühstück ( teilweise nicht mehr wirklich warm) und für das recht dreckige Parkhaus - einfach überteuert! Bei der Abreise eine überforderte Mitarbeiterin, die die offenen Beträge gleich dreifach abzog. Auch wenn die Erstattung recht zügig erfolgte - aber das sollte nun wirklich nicht sein.

Nette Mitarbeiter und schöne Zimmer. zentral gelegen.
Pros:

Sehr aufmerksamer Rezeptionist, der nachgefragt hat, wie es mir gefallen hat und mich sogar mit Namen angesprochen hat. Mittlerweile eine Seltenheit....
Auch die Minibar um Getränke kühl zu halten, war klasse!
