Very nice and clean room

Cons:

Breakfast was probably good. But when i went down to the breakfast room at 07:45, there was ripped, absolutely ripped. Not even the coffee machine was working. It looks like no one was in control of the breakfast buffet.
It was so sad to experience, no one was doing anything. The staff was nice enough, but a leader was missing.

Ruhig - Sauber - gute Lage
Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer war groß und sauber. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig und man trotzdem gut an Bahnhof und Innenstadt Pulheim angebunden. Das Personal war freundlich und die Atmosphäre hat uns sehr gefallen.

L’accès simple et rapide via le train régional pour aller à la Gare centrale de Cologne et pour aller à la Gamescom

Schönes Hotel, sauber und komfortabel. Insgesamt gut!

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung an der Rezeption.
Schöne Zimmer, bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wurde nicht wirklich abgeräumt, obwohl Personal da war. Verschiedenes am Buffet wurde nicht aufgefüllt.
