Pros:

温泉がとても良かったです！朝入りましたが、露天風呂が気持ち良すぎました！ありがとうございました！

房間空間大，二個29吋行李箱可以完全打開；飯店有大澡堂可以使用，飯店位置周遭環境很安靜，離地點站要稍微走一小段，但這邊離公車站牌不遠，路線到鬧區很近，可以直達榮區血拼，很便利！

Cons:

パッと見キレイなのに、壁や壁紙にコーヒーのシミや髪の毛がついててちょっと嫌だった

良かったです！
Pros:

目的の場所の行き方がわからなかった時に、詳しく路線図も渡してくれて教えてくれました。
モーニングのデリバリーサービスは良かったです！
運ばれてから一時間経過してしまっていたが、コーヒーも温かく美味しかったです！

Cons:

女性のお風呂が狭く、混んだときにシャワーを待たなければならなかったのが困りました。

Pros:

The location was good , they look after luggage the staff was friendly and supplied us with another key card no charge when we lost ours. Good laundry system. Easy to use. They have hot pools. The hotel was modern and clean. I liked how it was close to this restaurant called Mughal Palace was the best Nepalese food I've ever had.

Cons:

You can't drink the tap water which we weren't warned about till we stayed at another hotel in Nagoya ,and they dont supply water either. The water in nagoya tastes really bad, not sure why. Was pretty expensive for what it was. It doesn't have a restaurant either if you wanted to have dinner also the café they do have has weird hours so not very convenient.

Pros:

最推崇的是服務品質。因為booking系統出錯，在出國的當天，竟然把我們連住五晚的訂單無預警取消！我們急忙和飯店聯絡，但我們知道這跟他們無關，但他們回應即時又有耐心；等我們抵達時，看見前台美女拿出一疊筆記紙，瞬間覺得超級感動，上面記載著密密麻麻我們修改更動的房間和安排。而且當下完全沒有不耐煩，仍然提供了最頂級的服務、完整了整個服務。真的很感動~~ 雖然離地鐵站10-15分步行，但是人行道寬敞舒適整潔，沿著公園行走心曠神怡。轉角就是郵局，郵票明信片便利。最棒的是頂樓大湯池，每天可以泡熱水就是最舒壓的。這什麼也比不上，再來早餐雖然只是三明治，但是量很夠，配的生菜也不馬虎。

Cons:

地鐵站要步行個10-15分鐘才到飯店。熱咖啡券的兌換有限制時間，這點有一點小氣。另外因為一些失誤，這次我們兩個成人訂到的是小雙人房。因為太搶手，訂到之後才研究什麼叫做小雙人房。結果現場果然小雙人房其實是一個人入住。床的寬度兩個成人睡實在太痛苦了，如果是一個媽媽帶幼兒就大概可以。但選錯房間不是飯店的責任，或許系統的設計可以提醒兩位成人入住可能會過於擁擠，會更貼心。

Pros:

I like the Onsen/public bath. It may not be big, but have all I want including a sauna, a cold bath and an open-air Onsen. The helpful staff speak good English. It also close to busy area with lots of stuff to do.

Cons:

They only provide one drink per person per stay, no matter how long you stay. I would rather prefer one bottle of water per person per night.
The location is a bit distance from public transport. From the underground train, you also need to go through about 3 floor of stairway.
The sauna is ONLY available at male's public bath.
