An absolutely perfect stay in Nagoya with pristine rooms, a top-tier rooftop hot spring
Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and will definitely book here again the next time I visit Nagoya—I won’t even look anywhere else! The staff are just outstanding. I actually managed to hurt my leg during my stay, and the staff were so warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. I also made multiple requests, including a room change, and their communication was always clear, fair, and highly professional. Speaking a bit of Japanese definitely helped, but their level of service is truly top-tier.The rooms are very satisfactory, perfectly clean, and the pillows are in great shape with absolutely no smell. Another massive highlight is the top-floor hot bath honestly, I rate this hot spring even higher than the one at the new hotel in Haneda Airport! and finally, the location is awesome, right next to a beautiful park with great open space. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! (part of me don't even wanna leave a glowing review cuz i don't want it to be flooded with tourists haha)

何よりも一番感動したのは、スタッフの皆さんの素晴らしい対応です。24時間体制でサービスを提供してくれて、こちらの要望にもすごく柔軟に応えてくれました。実は滞在中に足を怪我してしまったのですが、スタッフの方々はとても温かく、親切で親身になって助けてくれました。部屋の変更など何度もリクエストをしてしまった際も、説明やコミュニケーションが非常に明確で誠実、とてもプロフェッショナルでした。少し日本語が話せることも役に立ちましたが、それを差し引いても本当に素晴らしい接客レベルです。
お部屋はとても清潔で居心地が良く、枕も型崩れがなく無臭で、とても満足できました。さらに、最上階にある大浴場は最高のボーナスです！正直、羽田空港の新しいホテルの温泉よりも、こちらの温泉の方が断然気に入りました。ロケーションも最高で、開放感のある美しい公園のすぐ隣にあります。名古屋を訪れるすべての人に心からおすすめしたいホテルです！

view of the room- that's more to do with luck! But I think the bigger rooms have better views. so I suggest booking those!

大浴場があることが良かった。
ライブの遠征のために利用し、疲れた体を癒すことができた。

Cons:

・部屋が埃っぽく感じた。
→ライトの周りに埃が結構ついていた。

・大浴場のシャワーの数
→シャワーの数が4つしかなく、時間によっても混み具合が変わると思うが、待っている人がいた。

De ligging, het personeel.

Cons:

Hygiene van de kamers mag en moet echt wel wat beter vooral te beginnen met de luchtfilters voornamelijk in de badkamer. Kamer was ook erg klein in verhouding met de prijs maar dat kan ook aan de periode van het verblijven liggen was in het weekend

スタッフも明るくまた利用したいが改善を期待する。
Pros:

周辺の緑地もふんだんで道路の車両は少なく、閑静さもある。

Cons:

・客室に電話はなく、フロントへの連絡は部屋を出て共用部の廊下からしかできない。
・トイレ便器の周りの床は、踏み込むとギシギシと音がする。経年劣化には早すぎると思う。　303号室
・連泊の際不便
　客室の清掃は札を貼り忘れるとしてもらえない。逆にすべきではないかと感じる。
　朝食の選択は前日までにフロントに寄り記入しないといけない。
いずれも、顧客の利便性よりも従業員の作業性が優先されているように感じる。
