Very Zen and made me book The share hotels in other locations too.
Pros:

The location is great, because the small back streets offered amazing cafes and restaurants where we had breakfast before heading the explore. The hotel itself feels very Zen, Ilikenthe lounge particularly. I enjoyed the bathtub.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was on the street side and it was noisy from the street traffic.

Loved the aesthetic and location
Pros:

We loved the location of the hotel - the surrounding area is quieter than central Kyoto with the palace gardens closeby. However, it's very easy to get round being so close to the subway and we also utilised ubers. We loved the hotel aesthetic - it was always very clean and staff were welcoming and polite.

Cons:

The two cleaning options were towels and bins OR full room. I feel like they could offer a cup refresh as the smaller clean.

Pros:

Perhaps not everyone finds it comfortable to have the shower area in the restaurant. It didn't bother us, though, because there's nobody there in the morning anyway!

Cons:

I really didn't like the breakfasts at all. Staying four nights and being served tomato soup with three types of sandwiches that barely varied between them every breakfast is very bad. Plus, they always played the same music. In a country where the food is so good, it makes no sense at all!

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern - sauber, gemütlich und ein perfekter Start in unseren Japan Urlaub.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war erstaunlich klein - wir hatten keine Möglichkeiten Kleidung auszupacken. Das Fenster war zu einer Wand hin und die Dachterasse ist tatsächlich etwas lieblos gestaltet, im Vergleich zum Rest des Hotels…

Friendly
Staff, nice neighbourhood, clean and peaceful room. The laundry room was a real Bonus.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the bathroom was separate from the bedroom and that you had to bring your key card with you. This made it stressful when going to the toilet in the night and annoying for a shower too. The entrance to the room isn’t locked so anyone could come in to use your bathroom.

Pros:

L'espace commun est très agréable et pratique, très design aussi. La baignoire dans la chambre est vraiment appréciée après de longue journée de marche! Les produits de toilette sentent très très bon.

Cons:

Le sèche cheveux est un peu vieillot et j'avais du mal a sécher correctement mes cheveux. Pas de prises usb donc un peu difficile de recharger plusieurs appareils en même temps. Le frigo faisait du bruit donc j'ai du l'éteindre pour la nuit.
Le petit déjeuner est bon mais un peu trop répétitif pour 6 jours, 3 options c'est un peu limité.
