Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and quiet - could not hear other guests. The breakfast was quite good too.

地段優秀，旁邊就是地鐵站及公車站，還有一間大型超市。服務人員非常親切貼心，介紹房間注意事項也都很詳細，英文溝通流利，房間推薦有榻榻米房型的非常有京都風味，廁所衛浴也都也很舒適。

Fantastic, affordable hotel in Kyoto. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Fantastic Japanese style room. Comfortable and clean. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Rooftop area was a nice bonus.

tutto perfetto, un hotel bellissimo, in una posizione comodissima lontana dal caos ma di fronte al palazzo imperiale, in 10 min di bus o metro sei in centro, hotel di una bellezza incredibile è stato un soggiorno perfetto, un rapporto qualità prezzo unico

Pros:

L’hotel era davvero raffinato e design! Il bagno poi era bellissimo e super comodo! Anche la vicinanza alla metro ha reso tutto molto semplice!

Serene and quiet stay
Pros:

Atmosphere was pleasant, serene. Service attentive. Although some people in google where blaming about the separate toilet (outside room), we found it excellent and practical. Lobby was beautiful.

Cons:

No real windows. Breakfast sandwiches were not our taste, although beautifully set and soup wa ok. Something else than sandwich would suit better to the hotel image. Nicely, children got croissants/muffins after the first morning when we asked as they did not eat the sandwiches at all.

Pros:

El alojamiento es muy bueno. De los mejores que he estado nunca. La decoración es increíble. Muy buena atención. Estuvimos en una habitación superior de estilo japonés muy amplia y preciosa. Todo limpio. Dispone de agua, té para tomar libremente.
Buena ubicación, está a 25 minutos andando del centro y con boca de metro y bus al lado.
Se pueden dejar las maletas.

Cons:

Nos pareció excesivo fue el precio del desayuno. 5000 yenes dos personas.
