Breakfast very good indeed. Fresh and varied. Handicapped parking very close to entrance and carts easily available.
Door pressure pretty difficult for handicapped. TV controllers needed basic operational instructions but staff immediately responded.

Stayed one driving through Arizona to get to New Mexico. Front desk lady was super polite, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was just ok. Would stay again.

Ontbijt was standaard maar prima. Verder nette hotelkamer en vriendelijk personeel.
Mensen naast ons hadden de hele nacht de tv aan. Dit was heel goed te horen. Je hoort de snelweg.
Het bed is extreem zacht, je valt er echt in weg, dus mocht je rugklachten hebben raad ik dit niet aan.
The staff were amazing and the room was really nice. It was also very quiet with the exception of some road noise now and then.

I also forgot my usb plug, but they had one and was able to use it and charge my phone.
The hot tub was down and being repaired, so I didn't spend time in the pool. However.... the pool area was small, but nice and clean.
Bonus.... Easy on and off the freeway.

Wow, what’s not love …
The gentleman that checked us in was so lovely . John . Really quick and gave us a fabulous room .
Room 410 was clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stop but you really could stay a while here if you needed to. It had everything .
Breakfast was adequate . All you need to get you on the road again .Only minor complaint that the eggs resembled a piece of plastic but everything else was fine . Usual muffins / toast / cheese / ham etc . Pastries. Waffles etc
Outside seating area separate from the pool is a nice touch .
All in all a great property and we’d stay again .
Nice and quiet the bed wasn't as comfortable as I liked and suite was pretty small
I called weeks in advance to request a quiet room on the top floor away from the elevator. I was told the top floor was reserved for long-term residents, but I was told the room would be on the 4th floor. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room located right next to the elevator. It was loud all night long and I hardly slept. I was supposed to stay two nights, but I checked out early because it was not a good experience. I will not be returning.
Room was not serviced on July 5, after two nights stay from July 3. The housekeeping lady (tall and slender) checked around at 9:00 am on July 5 when we will leave for the day. Note check out times is 12 noon and checking at 3 pm. 9 am kind of early to expect guests to be outdoor. ( please NOTE: The breakfast time is till 10 am on weekends . Actually at 9 am of July 5, We were going down for Breakfast . )
I replied to her “in couples of hr”.
She met me again while I was returning from breakfast at 10:17 am when I’ll leave the room. I told her in an hr.
We left the room exactly at 11:31 am and Returned at 3:20 ish to find the room is uncleaned, no fresh towels put in, bowls n utensils from last night still in the sink, the bath not cleaned.
However She did came in our room to remove the used towels and trash only. But didn’t tidy up or clean our room. Took pictures as evidence and called front desk. A person came and saw the uncleaned room. We came to know from her, the cleaning lady noted our room as done! ….. which is so untrue!! We have pictures of the unclean room as evidence.
We are very disappointed. We didn’t receive the promised service we supposed to get. This is unacceptable. The tall lady gave me false impression that she needs to get in the room as soon as we leave. Trusted her to be only get disappointed. We had paid the price for the room and the service; but didn’t get what we supposed. This is simply not right!
In addition to above, we encountered few more issues. July 3 we arrived around 9pm and dined in the room. Immediately we found one leg of the dinning table is broken. That night we needed an extra pillow. Called front desk twice since nobody brought it after first call. On second call my husband was told to come down to get the pillow. We didn’t. Next morning July 4 after one person used the bath, we found pool of water outside shower stall as the shower doors are not closing properly. Reported that on July 4th evening to the front desk for which the maintenance man came and fixed. Despite encountering issues soon after entering the room, we were polite and hold patience. But the false niceness of the cleaning lady made us totally upset.
We travel and stay in hotels regularly past 35 years, never had this bad of an experience!
When booking with Expedia, there was no indication that special arrangements needed to be made with this facility for a pet. Other motels indicated if booking and a pet room is needed, to call ahead to make sure a room is available.
Booked a king suite room so that there would be a separate room with a pull out couch for a 2nd individual and upon arrival was told my pet could not go into that room. I showed the desk staff the booking I used and how it does not specify that arrangements need to be made for a pet room (and showed the girl the other motels and how they word it) and they still would not give me that room and instead had to settle for 2 queen beds with an individual who I have never roomed with before and am not related to. Was disappointed as I had stayed at this motel before without a pet and enjoyed it. And since I was paying almost $275 for that room, it seemed way overpriced.
