The staff were great - very helpful. It was a nice touch to have cold bottled water at the front desk given gratis!
Nothing,
I was charged a $100 fee for smoking upon my departure. I called the hotel and was told there was a report that detected smoke in the room, I am 100000% adamant there was absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind. The gal advised she would email the report along with a dispute form and the manager would follow up in 24-48 hours. It’s been 24 hours and I have still not received such report or forms. In addition, the sign in the hotel states there would be a $300 charge for smoking during the stay. Already disputed the charge with my bank and will not recommend this hotel to anyone
Always use this hotel when visiting my child at ASU Downtown. It's so close to everything.
We were given an "ADA ROOM" despite not needing one, but it was as inaccessible as possible. No windows coverings initially (found out later that there were electric blinds), and the shower water would not turn on. We were moved to another room, but it was late and we were tired. We have not had any issues in the past 3 years of doing this. I was disappointed.

Zentrale Lage Downtown Phoenix. Modern eingerichtetes Doppelzimmer mit großem Bad. Umfangreiches amerikanisches Frühstücksbüffet.
Location was excellent for b allgame and downtown resturants.
Hotels and motels in general need to stock small bottles of distilled water for patrons that have CPAP machines. Distilled water will only work in those machines not spring water or drinking water--it must be distilled. Many of the patrons are using CPAPs for sleeping aides.

Clean and simple
A little bit far from where we were going for an event, but it wasn’t too bad
Hotel was clean, bright and modern. 15 minute walk to Diamondbacks and closer to good restaurants.
I’ll start by saying that the next time I’m in Phoenix, this is where I’ll be staying.
The hotel was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. There was complimentary bottled water available for guests, and every morning they offered a free buffet breakfast with eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, yogurt, scones, and make-your-own waffles. The dining area was spacious and pleasant, so it was a nice way to start the day.
The room was great, the beds were comfortable, and, as I mentioned earlier, it was wonderfully quiet. I slept very well every night.
The only thing I was surprised by was that there wasn’t a pool. With Phoenix temperatures reaching 105 degrees, I expected one. That said, it was so hot that I probably wouldn’t have used it anyway! They do have a nice workout room, which I used, and they also provide complimentary bottled water there.
Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. I especially want to give a shout-out to Cody, one of the valet attendants. I was having a minor issue with my Uber driver, and before I even asked for help, Cody noticed what was happening and stepped in. He was a true gentleman, and it’s little acts of kindness like that that people remember when deciding where to stay on their next trip.
I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
