We have valet parking for $42/evening. Self-parking yards are $1.50/hour, max of 2 hours. Can renew via app. Yards are free 10p-8a. Self-park garage at 1st and Van Buren, one block south of the hotel. It is $28 for 24 hours.

Clean & comfortable hotel close to PHX Arena
Pros:

Great variety & quality of breakfast options - exceeded my expectations. Also enjoyed the variety of sauces & condiments offered at breakfast.
Great location - comfortable beds + pillows, rooms and hotel was clean like new.
Helpful and attentive staff.

Cons:

Parking options were limited so we used the valet.
We had an issue with the shower tap dripping after using it, but managed to fix it ourselves (it needed an abnormal level of force to ensure the taps was off all the way).

Sink sucked
Pros:

Rooms, room size and shower where good.

Cons:

The sink faucet location on the side. Made it difficult to wash hands, due to the location your hands would hit the sink. It was in the way.

We loved it! Will definitely stay here again when in Phoenix.
Pros:

It was so convenient to everything, walking distance to food and shops, the valet parking attendants and all other staff were so nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and cozy, breakfast was great. We loved our stay.

Cons:

There wasn’t really much to be disappointed with, although my daughter didn’t like the look and location of the bathroom tap. She didn’t like that it was off to the side. I didn’t mind it at all
