Cons:

Valet were slow and sometimes not there. I think they were all new. And you should be able to use the phone or be there in person, rather than having to give the app all your info in order to get your car. Hotel entrance was a little dirty

Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room, pretty great breakfast to get the day started. Valet was super convenient! We only stayed one night but wished we were staying longer.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t quite ready at check-in but we waited about 20 minutes in the lobby/lounge which was pretty comfortable.

Cons:

I was charged a $100 fee for smoking upon my departure. I called the hotel and was told there was a report that detected smoke in the room, I am 100000% adamant there was absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind. The gal advised she would email the report along with a dispute form and the manager would follow up in 24-48 hours. It’s been 24 hours and I have still not received such report or forms. In addition, the sign in the hotel states there would be a $300 charge for smoking during the stay. Already disputed the charge with my bank and will not recommend this hotel to anyone
