Pros:

Great location and the rooms were nice. The hotel was clean and the staff hospitable. The breakfast was also very good!

In and out of Phoenix for a music show. Best location ever!
Pros:

Great bed, linens and fabulous pillows! All was spotless. Staff was helpful. Bar pizza was good and convenient. Breakfast was amazing. We decided to pay extra for the location close to music show. Easy in and out of downtown location saved time.

Cons:

We like to self-park, but there was a close by structure so we parked a block away and hauled our bags over. That will be a consideration next time.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of choices offered each day. The front desk staff was wonderful, especially Monica. She was extremely helpful and provided great suggestions for dining options and local activities to enjoy during our visit.

Cons:

Everything was great during our visit, and we had no complaints at all.

Great location but abusing parking prices due to their location is not a cool thing

The staff was so accommodating throughout the stay . They were always smiling and ready to help .

We flew in and arrived early morning and we were so pleased that we were able to get into our room . We were able to rest and even eat breakfast. We were greeted with a cold bottle of water . The breakfast was high quality and varied each day.
