Pros:

We always stay here for our dance competitions down town and love it. The breakfast is always yummy and the staff is always accommodating and nice

Cons:

The parking costs 40/night which is crazy when you already spend money to stay somewhere

Two hundred plus for not even 24 hr stay
Pros:

Pets allowed, although my dog is a registered animal.

Cons:

It was noisy, I didn’t sleep well. There’s no complimentary parking at all! You have to pay for parking at parking garages around, which is an inconvenience when you have luggage, items, family’s or pets. They offer valet parking, for 42 dollars and it’s all done on a separate app. It’s a mess! Never again…I’ll get an airbnb next time.

I don't know if I want to come back.
Pros:

The location and breakfast its great.
Valet parking was good and fast service.

Cons:

I got into my room and the room was ocupied. I got a second room that was not clean, the third room had the bathroom sync clogged, they sent maintenance but he couldn't fix it. He said he would send someone else during the day and never happened.
So disappointed. I asked for at least a late check out the night before for the inconvenience and they wanted to charge me $45 dllrs extra.

Overall it was very nice. I especially enjoyed my King suite and the great breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was outstanding. Location was a little out of the way from the Convention Center. I finally got more familiarized with the street locations. The front desk at Hampton Inn gave me a pocket map of downtown Phoenix which was very helpful.

Cons:

Business Center was not available. I was having some technical issues with my phone and would have liked to have been able to check something online from a computer in the Business Center.
