This place has decent reviews and is convenient to campus, so it seemed like a great place for a quick two night stay. My wife went to sleep before me, and so when I got into bed and was overwhelmed by the absolute stench of another human's body, especially on the pillow cases and at the top of the covers, which he must have tucked into his stank pits, smearing his sweat and cheap deodorant all over them. It was revolting. I've heard of hotels not changing sheets between guests to save time/money, but I've never been absolutely certain I've been subjected to that kind of filth. Until my April 2026 stay at this hotel. Since my wife was already sleeping (boy did she pick the right side of the bed) I didn't want to disturb her and waited until morning to complain. The person at the front desk seemed to think I was trying to get extra housekeeping (the hotel explicitly does not offer daily housekeeping; hell, they don't even always do it between guests!) and was distant with me about it, saying that "maybe" they'd be able to squeeze in my room today, they'd "do their best". This reaction is why I'm taking the time to write a review; things happen, maybe it was bad luck, but the nonchalant "eh, idk if we have time to change your sheets today" response sent me over the top. My bedding did get changed, but I would NEVER stay here and would warn anyone else to avoid it at all costs.

We came to Bloomington to visit our kid at school. The location was amazing. The hotel itself was very clean and the salt water pool was so relaxing. The staff was very helpful especially Jaylee our front desk person. We will come back and stay again.

Our new go to hotel in Bloomington! Ava the front desk manager checked us in and ensured we had an amazing stay, and Jaylee was so accommodating as well. Super clean property and great location to assembly hall. Will stay again!

Stayed two nights, very close to IU campus. standard room very spacious, even had pull out table -very functional, full kitchen w dishes/utensils-can ask for cookstove. Very clean room, wate temp good, comfy bed.
Warm welcome by front desk -Nessa. She is wonderful -accomodate our check in check out. Very helpful as well--took time to guide us in where we need to go, etc.
Would definitely consider this hotel again.

The customer service was excellent, the entire hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. My daughter became sick and the people above us were loud without missing a beat a young lady changed my room to the 4th floor. Once she left for the day, the front desk employee Carson was so incredibly nice and made sure our switch went smoothly and to let him if we needed anything.

Everything was clean and Carson was very welcoming at the front desk.

Been traveling and working overseas for several years, and I'm always disappointed with hotels in the USA.
Look no more ! This hotel is fantastic for business stays and working at the Navy installation ! Indoor pool, gym, laundry machines, and nice rooms !
No Noise ! Super Clean ! Great prices ! Warm Atmosphere !
The STAFF, the PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE are what makes it great !
