Spotless room/hotel in a great location
Pros:

Located in a very nice area - quiet and comfortable. Room and lobby spotless. Nice linen on the bed - very quiet room. Breakfast “ok” - could be better. All staff very friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast not that great - could easily be nice - variety was good but not that tasty.

Location was very good

Cons:

The lock of the bathroom door was stuck! Had to call the front desk several times to have it fixed. Someone came to fix it but couldn't!

They took money from my credit card before, when I arrived they didn’t let me go to my room cause they said I didn’t pay, I showed them my charge and still they didn’t fix it, I called booking.com they canceled but I’m still waiting for my cash refund … horrible stay😭
