Extremely luxurious hotel, room was beautiful, we had a meal in the Italian restaurant and it was of high quality, staff was attentive. Could not fault this hotel.
The rooms were spacious with all the amenities. Close to the city centre and public transport. Great buffet breakfast menu with very helpful staff. Great gym for a hotel.
On a couple of occasions, when we had returned to the room in the afternoons, the room had not been serviced. So unable to relax properly in the room as we had to wait for the room to be service. This was our only complaint, however, they did attend to the room service as soon as we called the front desk on both occasions.
The decor in the room is still gorgeous and the room was quiet and the TV is a good size.
The bathroom tap exploded out of its socket saturating everything the moment I turned it on. The hand held shower head was poorly fitting and had to be in one precise position or it fell over and there is now no mini-bar, when it used to be a great mini-bar.
Large comfortable Club room, friendly professional staff and extensive menu in the Haven.

Swimming pool was very cold so cold that a lot people could not swim in it !!
Breakfast service was slow obviously under staffed
although the staff there were working very hard to do there best

We were sapose to recieve a gift on entry, a bottle of champagne, some cake organised by front of house never recieved it. Than followed up to not recieve it again hrs later.
Cleanliness was excellent!
Was very expensive for 1 night!
